After finding out that my local spot no longer does custom paint in rattle cans, I didn't know where to go. Heard from some of my NH friends that this location does custom paint and they do ofter it in rattle cans. It's an hour away from me, but I figured I'd take a shot. The two gentleman behind the counter were great and I had my paint mixed and ready to go in 20 mins. When I asked about tri-stage pearlescent paint for my 96 Town Car, they sent me to the Raymond location, which is fantastic as I've had a hard time finding that specific paint, especially in rattle cans. Very pleased with the color match and impressed with the service at both locations. ??

The bad reviews are due to lack of staffing, overworked, overwhelmed employees. The Derry store is a great store. I (was) the manager of the Derry store for the last year and a half and I left (on good terms) to pursue other opportunities. Some things like paint orders or hydraulic orders can not always be done on the spot and have to be left to be done at earliest convenience or schedule. From what I see, from experience, the negative reviews left within the last month are due to impatient customers wanting it done NOW, which cannot always happen.

Just called a minute ago trying to order a paint and this guy is the worst, I said I need a paint and he said we are short handed I don't think we can't do it today I said that's fine then tomorrow then he said no it may be couple days and he wouldn't let me speak , I called them many times for it all they say the guy is doing the paint is not here . Awful customer service ... Napa should hire professional people . I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I have nothing against napa but these guys answering calls

They have the part in stock great customer service nice people to do business with the mall open on Sunday maybe a couple hours would help but that's about it no or maybe you like like 11 or 3 or something like that but other than that they did a great job they're amazing amazing Place

The other review is spot on. I've been doing business with Sanel's SAS since the 70's! Now that NAPA bought them out they lack many of the little items SAS carried and have to wonder how stocked the Heavy Duty side is, and the prices have gone through the roof!
