Friendly staff, however unfortunately I brought my winter coat in to have 4 patches sewn on and a couple holes repaired
Picking up the coat I saw the patches were not in the position I had wanted. They questioned that also but didn't bother to call me and confirm the proper locations, the attendant even took a picture of it so I don't know why they went ahead and guessed. When I looked at it further the patches aren't even straight, 3 of them are crooked and they left one hole unsewn.
Very unfortunate as this coat is 24 years old and my favorite.
A waste of 55 dollars.
I'll bring it somewhere else to hopefully have it fixed

Always do my laundry here great people, example... I was rushing around and forgot my laundry detergent and my dryer sheets in my friends car and and the lady that was working there that night kept telling me to calm down and relax and basically breath lol
she helped me with detergent and some quarters because I had to use a few different dryers because it was getting time for closing and I only had my card and enough quarters for one dryer.
I got quaterers from my change for the machine to buy a box that only came with two dryer sheets and it wasn't enough so a man that was doing his laundry there offered me to take as much as I needed of his.
(He could have ignored the fact that i was upset but he didn't) and going to the store next store would have taken more time and i didn't want to keep the lady there any longer than she had to.
I know it sounds like something so small, but not to me, When i first came in there I was a mess and all over the place with stress but left there really appreciative and thankful.
Sorry so long but wanted to say thank you again to the understanding nice woman working that night and also the kind man doing his laundry there.
Little things matter, expessialy when the little things are huge to someone else!! I really appreciated your kindness and help!!!

Washed 3 loads. I think someone that works here got mad at a question I asked because once I left, I was only person there, and came back, my clothes were not only bleached with white huge areas but when they touched the clothing I was wearing, my clothing got bleached also. My clothes reaked of bleach, I use no bleach, my hands reaked of bleach. My car reaked of bleach. Wouldn't any bleach left in washer be rinsed out or diluted? I think the person here has a big mental problem

this is an amazing and spectacular place of straight up magic, I swear they have elves in the back folding the clothes as when I picked them up they were perfectly organized. Will be coming back whenever I cannot do laundry or want A+ service

Fricking highway robbery. I had three kids outfits pressed, not even cleaned...$59! I thought the girl said $9 when she rang me up. Definitely wouldn't have proceeded with the service if I knew it was $59. $20 an outfit is unbelievable! Definitely won't be back!
