They had a well running process and they ruined it! Now you need to book appointments. Well, if you're fasting then you better book your appointment way in advance because all of the early appoints are already booked. The standby option at the kiosk is a joke. I waited almost an hour and decided to leave. People were frustrated at the kiosk when trying to confirm their appointments. They were getting messages that they were not scheduled, etc. There is no one in the front office area to help. They need to revise the process again.

My visit to Quest Diagnostics was seamless from beginning to end.I was seen by Tammy Gray, who I must say was outstanding. She greeted me with a friendly smile anda professional manner. It makes all the difference in the world to be treated with kindness and efficiency. The visit was thorough, making sure my insurance information was correct, which it wasn't. Tammy did an excellent job painlessly drawing blood. Tammy is a rare find one I deeply appreciate!

I attempted to get bloodwork ordered by my doctor. When the tech asked if I had fasted I said no. I had done this test annually for many years and I rarely fast. I know that the results my not be as accurate, but that was my decision. So the tech picked up the phone, called my doctor and the doctor naturally recommended fasting and the tech refused to do the test. I asked to speak with my doctor's office while she was on the phone and she hung up and said that I could call them across the hall. I am almost 70 year old, we only have one car and it was difficult to schedule this appointment. I was denied my blood test!

They can NEVER find a vein, especially the heavy blonde girl and Mikayla. They’ll stick you multiple times and send you away. Hire competent phlebotomists.

They will not send me a bill so I can pay with a check. When you call their office and try to talk to a person in the billing department they don't answer and the system hung up on me after I had been on hold for over thirty minutes. The only reason I knew I owed them $15 was because they refused to do my blood test until I paid them from my last visit with a credit card.

If you are there most likely you are not well. I checked in after an elderly women. No problems. Then a gentleman comes in an is put in front of us. I looked at the woman and asked did you see that? She was upset I was really upset. I got upset and refused my test. I don't care if they are drop offs whoever is there first gets taken first.

Saturday hours not showing on google causes confusion and referring doctors are misinformed. Then the office didn't actually have staff until after 8 causing more confusion from doctors and clients. Fix your posted hours and stick to them.

Self check in worked well. As I was a walk in I was expecting a wait but I was called in within a couple of minutes. Blood draw was fast and efficient and the lady who performed it was friendly and put me right at ease. Excellent service. Highly recommended.
