“I love this shop so much! The gentlemen that work in this store really care about their customers. My roommate and I had gone in with a guitar that Joe couldn't find the brand name of anywhere on the internet. It seemingly didn't exist but he knew we were in a bind to pay bills so he offered to purchase it outright for a very reasonable price. Helped my roommate and I out of a few jams during a time that we are both struggling to make ends meet! I honestly don't understand why these (very few) folks had bad things to say about this shop. “Came in looking for a generator after i saw an ad they posted on facebook. The gentleman working was very friendly and helpful. I didn’t know a lot about generators and he took the time to help me research one and gave me a great deal. I didn’t know they bought jewelry and when i was at the counter checking out i asked them if they would make me an offer on my chain & I couldn’t believe how much it was worth.. i sold it and left there happier than ever. You dont see customer service like that at a lot of places anymore, this place is a hidden gem and i will absolutely be back! Jay is the man!”
