My god. Every time i come in i feel like in bothering the clerks in there with my presence. They rush through every transaction and just act like you're interrupting their free time. I went in today because Derry Convenience has their terminals down. Avoid if you don't like feeling like an annoyance for grabbing some drinks for your commute.

Hmm that was very inconvenient. Workers inside the store an hour and 17 minutes before closing time, door was locked and they were shaking their heads saying they’re not open… change your store hours if your going to close earlier….

Ya they got a great beer selection but for some reason they are always closed when they clearly say they should be open fix your hours. Came at 8:25 pm Thursday hours state closed at 9:30 pm doors are locked.

Had to get gas this morning with my work is gas pumps had problems the nice lady named Barb got the pumps up and running so we can get to work she fixed it within minutes we got to work on time we stopped and got some sandwiches and some drinks we're going to be stopping by to get coffee and gas there from now on thank you

Been here a few times because I had to. I won't ever again. The only old lady that I've seen work there (Barb) is always crabby and rude. And today I've witnessed my last 'close encounter of the crotchety kind.'A few nice younger boys arrived on bicycles at the same time I did. They went in for the same amount of time I did. They bought one thing, like I did. And when we came out, she followed after a brief moment and told them they couldn't hang out here.Maybe she's had problems with them before, but they looked like nice kids, and they seemed to just be getting back on their bikes and about to head off anyway.I told them they shouldn't spend their money where they're not wanted or welcome.And neither shall I...

I have been going to Metro Mart for a while now, It's about time I give them a five star! Phil the owner is the friendliest person that I know! Their beer is ice cold and have an amazing selection. Not to bash another local place on East Derry Road., but they are rude and don't know what they are talking about. Anyway, if you want a great selection of beer for a great price, Metro Mart is the place.

I was walking my Weimaraner while waiting for the awesome Mexican next door. I was about ready to go in to purchase my weeks worth of drinks like I do every week there when "Barb" came out and said, "You can't walk your dog around here. She might bite or lunge at someone". I told her not my dog, she's not that type. She then continued to argue with me and said, "I've heard that before". My wife said, "you're not a dog person, are you?" She responded, "I was a K9 officer in Boston". I told her that you don't know this dog then. She kept going on... very rude and did NOT have the composure of a cop, btw. I worked with them many years. Well, you just lost a weekly customer and I'll miss seeing Aaron there, he was always so kind. I'll take my money where it's appreciated.

Store is very clean. The owner Philip, is a very nice guy. Prices are fine, most employees are kind. Great place, would recommend.

Owner personally ordered me some dunkin harpoon when it first came out and sure enough it was there the next day, now that is customer service at its best, he's always stocking good stuff and switching it up. im a big craft beer guy and will say this is the best place to go in the areas of salem, derry, and windham... im a regular now.

Great selection of hard to find beer. Owner was super helpful showing me the extensive selection. Then....there is the awesome Mexican joint next door where you can BYOB. Check this place out if you want hard to find micro brews.
