“Used their digital fingerprint service after I got an appointment via Printscan. Staff was knowledgeable and the system was clean with dummy proof instructions. Quite happy they offer this service, just wish it was further north. Two hour drive one way. Worth it though.”
“I had to go to this UPS store location to have fingerprinting done for a job and I just have to shout out the woman who helped me through the process. They are able to take digital fingerprint scans on site, which is very convenient, however, the machine was definitely a little tricky and didn’t necessarily love my overly dry healthcare worker hands. I wish I had gotten her name but the woman who was helping me today. Was super patient and so nice despite having to spend extra time with me on a seemingly easy task. It had gotten busy in the store through this process and she handled everything so gracefully just wanted to leave a bit of appreciation for the store, and this particular employee as she made my experience a positive one!”

“Above and beyond service; my delivery driver (Monty possibly?) went out of his way to make sure my package was delivered to me on a final delivery attempt. He also asked what time I get home from work, so he can deliver future packages when I’m actually home; making future experiences much less stressful. A+++!”
