Fantastic experience with Justin and JA Overhead Door! Our tension spring broke on a Friday night. I chatted to JA via Google about the issue and 15 minutes later I had an appointment setup for Monday morning. Justin came and replaced the spring, some rusted rollers and lubricated the entire system. Door is working great. Service was superb. Highly recommend JA Overhead Door!!

I recently contracted JA Overhead Door to install wall-mounted garage door openers and the experience was excellent. Ashley was very attentive right from the start, ensuring she fully understood the project's scope. She even sent out a technician to run a survey, confirming everything was precise for the installation. Her attention to detail and consistent follow-ups made the entire process smooth and reliable.Justin arrived on time and meticulously worked through a difficult setup. He patiently answered all my questions to help me choose the right openers given the structural limitations. The final installation was amazing; the openers are smooth and super silent. He even realigned doors that were offset due to the garage settling into the foundation.The team at JA Overhead was impressive, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality garage door services. Their professionalism and attention to detail stood out every step of the way.

This was our second visit from JA Overhead Door. Our garage door opener literally fell apart and dropped it's casing onto my car! It was several years in between visits but we called this company to to diagnose our aged opener because of the great service we had previously received. To my relief, it was the same wonderful young man who had come to repair this opener when his work saved our opener to give us 7 more years of service. Our appointment was scheduled within the week and the new opener was installed and I was given a lesson in all it's processes. We knew it was time to replace it and were so surprised at the reasonable cost of the new opener and it's installation. I highly recommend this company to all! Sharon Knotts, Merrimack, NH

Quick and prompt service. I learned a few things about garage doors during the repair which was nice. Also moved my sensors to the correct location since the original installer had them too high. 5 stars all the way.

Outstanding and dependable service! Very satisfied with their prompt response as well as the quality of the work. We needed a fine tune adjustment. The call was made late Friday and they responded first thing Saturday morning (they are closed on weekends) and made the adjustment.

Everything went well. The installation was fast and professionally done. It was great knowing the service person had 18 years experience and he answered all the 'why' questions I had regarding the issues with the spring and pulley issues and what the causes might be. I found and booked the service via Yelp and it worked fine. The only small negative was that as the time was going by when the technician was supposed to arrive, I called the office twice and received voicemail and never received a call back.

JA Overhead Doors / Sears Franch - did a tremendous job at fixing my garage doors. First time using this company. Prompt response and tuned up all doors, replaced all springs, including the broken one prompting the visit. I added some other work on the spot (rubber seals at bottom, replacing an old sensor that kept giving me propblems, etc). The doors all look like new and are now quiet and reliable. Will def do business again with them!
