“Stopped in to get a small screw and washer for my son’s lacrosse helmet/throat guard. The two gentleman that helped me were fantastic! I didn’t really know what I needed. They took right over -got the right screw and fixed the helmet for me. So friendly and helpful!! You don’t get this kind of service in the big box stores. So important to support small businesses!!!”

“Been going here for years for a variety of different things (patio set, flowers, paint, landscape & yard materials, soap/cleaner, light bulbs, tools, etc) and they seem to always have exactly what I’m looking for. Everyone there has always been helpful & friendly, from the people inside to the yard guys who have loaded my vehicle many times. The owner has been so helpful in answering my questions numerous times too, whether it’s been for a patio set or a couple pots of flowers. The employee who works at the paint counter has always been friendly & helpful too. Great small family business I’m happy to support!”

“This depot is good, staff is helpful, a lot of items are always missing from the shelves and need to find a staff member to help, but that's more of a inconvenience then a issue. One issue I do have as being a pro getting help at the pro desk can sometimes be a pain as they are normally slammed busy, but on occasion the young staff on their cell phones.”

“As far as customer service goes - this is the best in the area for sure. If I'm having trouble finding something and I ask an employee, they take the time to walk me over right to the product. Im smack dab in between the Salem and Londonderry stores... a lot of Massachusetts plates always in the Salem lot, lines are longer, and because it's busier - people seem to be more impatient, and lastly, traffic in an out onto 28 is always congested. I've done curbside pickup in Londonderry and it has always been pleasant gone smoothly. I must have a perpetual perplexed look on my face, because as soon as I stand still and start looking around, someone comes over and asks me if I need any help finding anything.”
