The level of consistency and positive energy and reinforcement is second to none from every single coach there. My girls work hard while having fun every single practice and it's obvious that every member of the staff sincerely cares about each athlete as individuals and as a team. It is so incredibly difficult to create and maintain the type of culture that Palestra embodies and yet they make it look so easy. I am truly grateful for every moment spent there, honored to be part of the Palaestra family and wouldn't want my girls anywhere else. Thank you!!!”
