Called me to cancel just a few hours prior to my appointment. I was told I would get a call to reschedule but the call never came, despite me emailing to ask. This sent us into the holidays scrambling to find a new groomer who could help us.Also, beware that this groomer charges a 50% fee if you need to reschedule inside of 48 hours. That's reasonable enough, but they refuse to offer any kind of credit or discount when the shoe is on the other foot. Life happens, and I am happy to offer grace and patience, as long as that courtesy goes both ways.

I HAD been bringing my dog here for a very long time.... I always had the same groomer, she did an awesome job. Due to a misunderstanding I had to stop using their services. SO, When I posted on my facebook page, (not even mentioning the name) "my groomer didn't value a long time customer" The owner chimed in excuses in an attempt to make me look like I had no right to feel the way I did. Never once prior to arguing with me on facebook, where she was trying desperately to save face, did she make any attempt to make it right in private. 8 years later, never a cancellation, never a late appointment, never a no show. ALWAYS up to date on shots......dropped the ball missed one 19 days prior, so the groomer canceled me and said " I will try to get you in when you get the shot" TRY to get me in? was I insulted after 8 years.... YES !!!! then to have the owner argue with me on my FB page, her argument that she needed to keep everyone safe (from an 11 YO attack Pomeranian ? over a 19 day late vax?) and when I said poor customer relations, she laughed at me and blocked me.... ( TY for proving my point! )

I’m not usually one to complain but I guess I thought this was pretty bad . As you can see in the pictures this is after and it looks like 5 year old cut my dogs hair . Besides the cut being choppy and no smooth lines and just inconsistent my dog being a Doxie I have to get him groomed every 8 weeks and his paws over grow like weeds very quickly so I was disappointed it looks like they didn’t even trim his paw hair .

Love this place! I just cannot figure out the actual hours they are open.** Update: I did not know it was mostly by appointment only! This explains a lot. Love this place they take great care of my dog who is TERRIFIED of nail trims.

Been taking our dog here for a while to get his nails clipped. He is a senior pug. They are always so gentle and caring with him. It's super fast and I love the fact that you can have a walk in. I called the company and they didn't answer at first, but within five minutes they gave me a call right back services great.!!!

Very disappointed. The way the haircut came out is awful :( I couldn’t believe when i got home and I started noticing all the uneven hair parts… i took her here before there was never an issue but this time is making me not coming back.

My dogs looked and smelled amazing after grooming. They liked roaming around and not being locked in a cage.

⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It’s hard these days to find a good groomer and it’s ever harder to find an amazing groomer but I did just that with Tiffany @ Grooming at Tiffany’s! I was extremely nervous about taking my Dora to a new groomer because she’s a very high-anxiety, senior Chihuahua/Cairn mix rescuse with multiple health issues. However, I quickly realized I hadn’t needed to worry at all. Tiffany has a fantastic personality, is kind, compassionate and considerate. She listened to every one of my concerns and by doing so immediately put my mind at ease. I showed her pics of cuts and she took everything I said into consideration. She estimated it would be about an hour and a half to two hours and it took exactly that. When I got back my Dora looked absolutely beautiful but more importantly was extremely calm & happy - the first time I’ve EVER picked her up that way from a groomer. Everything from the cut itself, to her ears, tail and paws were perfect, even better than the pics I brought in as suggestions. She looked great, smelled great and just to see her smiling, calm and happy made me so happy! At Dora’s request we even booked her next appt before leaving ? ✅ I can’t thank Tiffany enough for her kindness and the fantastic gromming with Dora! I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Tiffany and Grooming at Tiffany’s! We’ll see you in February! Thank you again!
