My son started using Gem Jewelers in Derry so time ago. He asked me to check them out and I purchased some earrings for my wife there for Christmas, at her recommendation. I was impressed with their patience and willingness to help me find what I needed. Today I went back in to have a watch repaired, which they did while I waited and to have a 40 year old wedding ring repaired that was crushed on my finger just recently. I decided to look at watches while I was there and purchased a new Luminox watch from them that caught my eye. I'd been looking online but was so pleased with the service and competitive pricing that buying from a local, reputable store was a no brainer. I felt good about supporting a local business that treated me fair and square. I will be using them again and I recommend you give them a try as well.

you know i’ve been in this store multiple times and everytime this dude makes me feel stupid or like what i’m saying is wrong and yes i know he is a jeweler and has knowledge but when i go in there with authentic jewlery and information from reputable jewelers he’s instantly mr know it all attitude arrogant. i truly don’t know how he is in business still. i’m done going here. i always give people the chance more than i should maybe a bad day or something occurred recently before interaction i get things happen but it’s not a coincidence it’s every single time. guess what they say about him and this place is true.

I have been a modest customer for almost 20 years. They just did an amazing job doing a complete reconditioning on my wife's 30 year old engagement ring. The ring then went to my son (she said yes and now I have a future daughter in law.)
