Today, April 25, 2023, I called EDT&A and inquired about getting tires for my vehicle. I spoke with Denny on the phone, and he was very helpful and polite. I arrived at the garage for my scheduled appointment and was met by Denny and his father Dennis, whom were stationed at the counter, ready and waiting to help me. They were able to walk me through the process of my method of payment and then took my vehicle right in, about 2 minutes later. The technician Kevin was very good and did a wonderful job on my vehicle. It took him only about an hour to do a 4-wheel alignment and then replace all 4 tires on my vehicle. These folks are very professional and very careful when working on the customers' vehicle. I was pretty impressed with everything I received today. Although I will not need the mechanical services going forward, as I have a regular mechanic who takes care of my vehicle, I want to share my experience with everyone and thank EDT&A for what they did for me today. They are a great option, if you're shopping around for tires and such. Even as a one-time use (as I did), I recommend them to anyone. I went yesterday for my inspection 5/1/23 and I had my almost 3 year old son with me.with him being so active the owner was so kind and interacting with me and especially people waiting there. There was a nice gentleman that was playing catch with him. I can’t say anything bad about this place I have been going there for about 4 to 5 years and they never let me down. Thank you so much for everything!
