I would not bring your pets here. The customer service is horrifying, and I had an experience where a staff member made up stories about things that I said (which were not said). Do not trust them, there is too much drama happening there, which is a shame.

If you like Happy Kind people and the best care you can get for your much Loved Critter then your in the right place. Doctor Moore is the nicest person I've ever met. He has good thru some Bad times regarding my Dog and then today 2/28/2023 he and his staff went the extra mile by combining 2 appts into 1 today. This was very convenient. Highly Recommend them.

No please have never been there but they were very nice on the phone and understanding would go there over other places such as the Dover veterinary Hospital which is a horrible place where you should never bring your dog. Derry animal hospital on the other hand seems very competent and cordial and professional.

Really happy with my experiences. I have a difficult cat and they are so sweet with patient with her during vaccinations and exams. Prices are reasonable and service is outstanding. They also do a phenomenal job with lion cuts for cats.

$500 charge recently to tell us to bring our dog to a surgeon. we have been going here for a long time ..but they dropped the ball on this one...very disappointing.

the staff here is great. I bring both my kitties here. nothing but great service. the Drs take the time to help you understand your pets health and will answer all the question you have.

I absolutely love this place! I've been taking my dog here ever since he was a puppy. I had a bad experience with a different vet clinic in town and this establishment was an amazing change that I'm so glad I made! The staff is very accommodating and welcoming, and there is never an issue of communication. I love Dr. Boulter, she is the absolute best and her love of animals is obvious from the moment you meet her. I even moved out of town but chose to keep this place as my dogs primary vet out of my love and appreciate for her and her team. You can tell they all really care about their job and their clients. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my furrbaby!

Please beware of this place. Dont take your pets here. Not worthy of any Stars. Took my cat here and she has a bad reaction to a rabies vaccine. My wife called office gave her a hard time. Made up excuses said my cat was a bad cat. Dr Moore refused to see my cat made up a excuse them said the real reason was her was having stressful day. My cat almost died. Please find anthour place if you love your animals. This doctor does not care. He is a condescending and rude. Please see a similar review. I'm glad I'm not the only one.

We're so glad we found Derry Animal Hospital. Everyone here is so nice, professional and caring. We just moved here from Florida and my dog started limping. Michelle was really helpful over the phone and Carrie helped us out when we arrived; checking us in and having our records transferred. Dr. Moore is an excellent vet. My dog just loved Jennifer, the vet tech. Everyone here is really awesome. We had another issue come up and I called and was helped over the phone and they called the next day to check on him. They really care and are very thorough. We're very happy with the excellent service and treatment.

My wife and I have been bringing our 2 year old German shepard here since he was a puppy, treatment has been progressively worse and at this point my wife is more put off by vet visits than my dog is. Condescending, impersonal, overpriced and unhelpful to say the least. Today my wife brought our dog in for his annual visit and the vet walked into the room with a muzzle, confused my wife asked the vet what the muzzle was for and the Dr. told her my dog bit someone the last time he was there... B@LLSH#T, he has never been in a room without one of us there and most certainly has never so much as growled at anyone... ever... anywhere! Clearly there is a bias here against large breed dogs and the staff don't have the mettle to treat them... MY advice? There are far better veterinary clinics around!
