They never answer the phone and are rude when you ask questions you sit on the drive thru for long periods of time I have been going there for over 40 years and they have gotten progressively worse

Never EVER get your film developed at CVS it's been 7 weeks they said it would only take 3 weeks. I will be going to Walgreens from now on. CVS doesn't care to make it right or figure it out!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! I mean come on!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. They constantly lie about everything. They send me text messages telling me things are ready, and then make up excuses when they aren't done. I've had them demand to speak to my doctor and directly lie to him, tell me my insurance doesn't cover it (and when I say I'll pay out of pocket they make up some other excuse), run out of medication for months, deny sending me texts that I actually show to them, tell me there's laws that don't exist. This place is absolutely horrible. Avoid it and go to Rite-Aid an 1/8th of a mile away.

I've never been so frustrated and disgusted with a pharmacy as I am with CVS in Derry, NH. My prescription was called in and I went to pick it up on Friday. My insurance requires a 90 day supply of the inhaler Breo. It had been set up as a monthly with a cost of 100$ per inhaler vs 125$ for 3. I told them I'd contact my doctor and have this changed. Monday I called...not there...Tuesday I called...not there...Wednesday I called my doctor. The nurse said they called it in Monday so SHE called. She was told it wasn't there! She told "him" they called it in on Monday! "He" finally looked and YES it was there!!! This nearly put me into the ER because the attack I had was severe! If I could put minus stars I would but unfortunately to post you have to check at least one! If my insurance requires me to continue getting my Breo from CVS, I won't go back there! I will travel further to another CVS in another town!

They’ve had 4 days to get my prescription ready. I called this morning to confirm it’s ready to be picked up & was told it’d be ready in an hour. I show up and they tell me they’re going to expedite it and it’ll be another half hour. Very poor performance

I feel so bad for the cashier. He called for help because there were alot of customers waiting and his boss came up and complained in front of everyone that he paged for back up. Sorry you work with people like that, you were nice at least!

The Team of Associates at the Derry NH store are an amazing group of people. I am so grateful to have had the chance to meet an know them.They are helpful & caring. Not many stores now a days reflect that.They deserve to be given the same respect they give to their customers.Thanks Derry, Nh CVS Associates for being so caring & Making such a pleasant shopping experience for everyone. Extremely rude pharmacy employee's . You call to see if it's ready and they are so rude about time and when to pick up, tried to ask how much and they all ready hung up. No good by, no see you soon, if your not happy with your job then leave , plenty of good people are looking for jobs, so sad

Long story short: if you need a convenience store just go to the Rite Aid down the street.Here’s the long story: We pulled into this CVS and there was a fight between two parties in the parking lot. There was pushing and yelling and one group of people looked like they might need help because they were an older couple. We noticed some other people were intervening and since we had just pulled up, we figured someone else might’ve called the police at that point. As we were walking into the store, we noticed the altercation was starting to escalate more so we told the first employee we could find about what was happening outside. Never in my life did someone look at me like they were so annoyed. The employee looked at us like we were crazy and said she’s never “dealt with that before” and that she doesn’t know what she wants us to do about it. We then saw this employee tell what looked like the manager and they both laughed at us. Guess they don’t care about people getting beat up on their property! Keep that in mind when shopping here!!

This is a decent CVS that usually has everything that you are looking for. Pricing is pretty good and you can always get some coupons with their app.

The people at the pharmacy are really nice and very helpful and professional. They provide a lot of vaccinations - pretty much alof them :)
