I have purchased several firearms from Chester Arms via Gallery of Guns. John has always been friendly and knowledgeable. He makes a point to notify people of changes on form 4473 that may impact them. He has always been very straight forward and helpful when questions on the form are less than obvious. John has just always been a pleasure to do business with.

Very professional, efficient, and easy. This was my first time buying my own rifle but have accompanied many purchases. Behind the counter was very knowledgable and knew when to be factual and when to institute an opinion, unlike many shops around my area. Got me in and out asap and helped me through everything. The service I received at Chester arms was great. I ordered a firearm online and had it shipped to the store. The process was quick and painless. The owners were very helpful and encouraged me to find the best price for my purchased item which I ended up doing.
