So i called the number on the back and a very nice gentleman tried to help me. It was unsuccessful but he gave me a free car wash for the inconvenience. Thank you High Tide Team! “I had been looking for somewhere to have my Jeep Grand Cherokee detailed. I have a two year old, and needless to say, I was in desperate need!! I called Edward, and he fit me in the very next day! I dropped my SUV off at his house, although he did offer to come to my home which was very nice of him. After an hour and a half, my car is sparkling! I only asked for an interior cleaning, but he was kind enough to wash the outside of my car too. What a great man running a fantastic business. So so so reasonable too! I highly recommend his services and will be back in the Spring!Services: Seat shampooing”

“It's a convenient station located close to my home. The prices are reasonable, except for the ups and downs of the economy. The pumps are user-friendly and accept all major credit cards. Easy in and out access to route 97. The only problem I have is their rewards card, I can't seem to get it to work with my credit cards. This won't stop me from using this station.”

It was an easy fix but they took the time to get me in and out in 15 minutes. Being from out of town and the vehicle being under warranty they could have tied the vehicle up and made some money but instead got me out in 15 minutes. “It was my first time at this car wash today and I purchased the Extreme Wash. I was left really disappointed as my car didn’t look like it got clean at all, it left streak marks, soap marks and I can draw in the dirt left behind. Not exactly what I was hoping for at a cost of $22.00 for a wash.EDIT - The owner was very quick and responsive with wanting to make the situation right. I was extremely impressed with the customer service and communication through email. That in itself deserved an edit to the review and rating.”
