I found Birch Wood Vineyards while looking for venues on the Knot. They were my first tour and I knew they were the right fit for us right away. From the beginning our experience was nothing but positive. We were able to tour very quickly, and put the deposit down not too long after. The food tasting was an incredible experience, and their system makes it so easy for seating charts and to space out the payments. Whenever I had questions they responded in a very timely manner via email. The entire staff is kind and their attention to detail is unmatched. Denise was incredible to work with. We had planned to have our ceremony outside, but it rained on the day of our wedding so we had to move it inside. The entire team worked so hard because we had up until an hour before the ceremony to switch it to inside and so many guests told me they didn't even know it was supposed to be outside because of how well the inside was decorated and the seamless transition. Denise kept us on time with the photographer throughout the day as well and was there every time I turned and had a question or even when I needed something as small as a napkin. I wanted to be part of the cocktail hour and Denise made that possible with our delay with making sure we got all of our shots with the photographer. Denise and the team made my vision come to life with my décor set up and made it so easy to pick up everything the next day. I am so happy we went with Birch Wood Vineyards as our venue! We truly could not have asked for a more perfect day.

I wish I could give Birch Wood Vineyards 10 stars!!
From the moment we toured the venue last year, we were impressed. We were planning my daughter’s wedding from Texas and we loved that so many components could be included in the packages like the florist and the bakery.
They provided an extensive list of vendors and they worked closely with them to prepare and execute our plans.
As stressful as wedding planning can be, especially being so far away, every timeline and detail was well laid out.
Kasia was our wedding coordinator along with an incredibly dedicated team. When we arrived the day of the rehearsal, we had a detailed meeting about exactly what the Bride and Groom wanted and what the day and timeline would be like.
When it came to the wedding day, I was blown away!
Every thing we discussed the day before was exactly what happened, from the decor we brought to the venue to the timeline for each step of first looks, ceremony and reception.
The entire team took amazing care of all of us.
The bride and the groom were treated like royalty!
Every guest who attended said how much they loved it.
They raved about the venue itself and the food.
When the evening was over they packed up everything they could for us and put it into our car.
My memories of my daughter’s wedding have been made that much more magical because of Birch Wood Vineyards.

My husband and I looked at 3 venues and we absolutely fell in love with Birch Wood Vineyards. We got married Labor Day weekend and it was perfect! The vineyard is in full bloom that weekend, the leaves were green, and the garden was blooming with beautiful colors. The benefit to this venue compared to others is that you have two rooms (one for cocktail hour and one for reception) AND you are the only event that day. The staff all know their roles and exactly what to do. They also help you through the entire process. I must have emailed Birch Wood a million times and they responded back within 20 minutes or called me everytime. The options for the packages are all customizable too. I was nervous on the day of the wedding because it might rain but Kasia was tracking the weather 24 hours prior and made me trust her in deciding to do an outdoor ceremony (because that was my dream). We had least minute seating chart arrangements and the team worked with us and made it an easy fix. They also coordinated with several of my vendors including my band, which made it easy so that I did not have to. Eveywhere you turned, Kasia was on whatever task she had to do to make this day perfect for us. Densie helped assist me with anything I needed and Samantha was there with my husband and I's drinks anytime guests were not talking to us. Right after the recpetion ended they packed everything in my bins and loaded the car up for us of all our decor. This venue also has a list of preferred vendors that they work with a lot which were amazing (Make up by Jessalyn, Precious Moments, Milllyard Studios, Chickadee Hill Cakes). Everything was organized and communication between the vendors were smooth. We got ready in the bridal suite and was provided breakfast and lunch. The food there is delicious and I did not hear a single bad thing about the ahrvest chicken, filet or butternut squash ravioli. The mac n cheese martini bar and raw bar was a hit, as well as the late night snack stations and make your own smore station. We have been to a few events at birch wood but nothing compared to our wedding. If you want a venue that makes you #1 and is their to help you through the entire process this venue is the best! I wouldnt have changed a single thing.

I can’t even begin to describe how perfect our wedding day was thanks to everyone at Birch Wood Vineyards. The venue itself is stunning- beautiful inside and outside with photo ops everywhere you look.. and the food was delicious! The staff went above and beyond making sure everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of all day- Denise (our day of coordinator) was so kind and welcoming as well as Linda, Kasia, and Autumn-always making sure we had food, a drink, or anything we needed- I cant thank you all enough! Our guests can’t stop talking about how nice all the staff were, how beautiful the place was, and how delicious the food was!

I can’t express how happy I was with this Venue from start to finish the Staff always extremely friendly, attentive, all around amazing. Denise didn’t hesitate to help me with anything that I needed she was always asking me if she could do anything for me or get me anything I wanted. She even took my shoes off and put on my dancing shoes!! She went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful. The food was delicious and accommodated all of my guests needs. The property is beautiful and I’m so happy I picked it for my wedding! I can’t recommend this venue enough. Thank you everyone at Birchwood vineyards for a stress free wonderful wedding!

I cannot express how amazing Birchwood was for our wedding venue! From the very beginning Birchwood was helpful, informative, and extremely organized. The planning staff were friendly and supportive of all decisions made by the bride and groom. Planning an entire wedding is hard work, but this venue honestly made my journey quite easy. They responded quickly to any questions I had and helped me through the process with ease. As soon as I stepped foot on to this property I knew it was the venue I always wanted. The grounds and the building are stunning. I truly didn’t want to have to go out of my way to “dress up” a venue. One of my favorite parts about birchwood was the fact that I could have done absolutely nothing for decorations and my wedding still would have been beautiful. They have a series of decorations, signs, hutches, etc for you to use on your wedding day and I used most of it! On the day of our rehearsal we met with Kasia and we knew instantly that our day would run smoothly. She made my husband and I feel like royalty and was extreme punctual during the rehearsal and the wedding day. On the wedding day, the entire staff was 10/10. They went above and beyond. I had SO many guest come up to me saying “this is the best wedding I’ve gone to.” I highly recommend Birchwood Vineyards as a wedding venue!

Birchwood vineyard was amazing to work with! They made our wedding day the most amazing day ever! They thought of everything and made it a stress free day! Denise was our go to girl the day of and I can’t say enough about how amazing she made the day go! She was on top of everything even the little things you wouldn’t think of!! We are so happy we chose birchwood as our venue and would recommend it to anyone getting married!!

If you are looking for the perfect place to get married look no further than Birch Wood. The staff at Birch Wood take all of the guess work out of planning a wedding and are with you every step of the way. Not only is it a beautiful location but they make sure your day is perfect. Denise was UNBELIEVABLE!!!! and was right by our sides whenever we needed anything from start to finish. Thank you Denise and everyone at Birch Wood. Every single one of our guests said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and I couldn’t agree more!

Birch Wood was a flawless experience beginning to end. This venue was a great value for our money & there were not any unexpected fees that we had seen at other places. They really made planning seem so stress free and easy. The building is so pretty that we really didn't feel the need to go over the top with extra decor. The bridal suite was such a great set up, our H&MUA commented on how much they loved it! We also had several guests comment on how great the waitstaff was, taking care of them so quickly and offering anything they could to make the night even better. A special shout out to Denise, our day-of coordinator; she handled the chaos so easily, was phenomenal at managing everyone, and was 10 steps ahead of us at all times, taking care of problems before they could even occur. We felt so heard & well taken care of the entire time.
