The shopping experience was fantastic. I shopped online and scheduled my test drive when it was convenient for me. I went for the test drive and started my paperwork. John was helpful and informative and the whole process was fairly quick and easy. I went home the next day with my first ever "New" car.

I was at the post office across the street,I walked to Bentley asked if they could help. immediately stated had no battery very curt with me. A young technician walked across the street and jump started my car. I went there in the past will never ever go there again.

Service is scamming people. Was told $250 to diagnose the a/c system, they had the truck less than 2 hours in the shop and charged $325 per their hourly rate. They told me I had corrosion in my junction box and they didn’t want to put the truck back together because it’s a big job and they didn’t have the part. I was quoted another $700+ because it was not an easy job. I found the part at another dealer for $275 and it took 10 minutes to replace. Make sure you understand the work they are performing and what it entails. I hate scumbag thief dealers like this charging insane numbers for quick jobs

Highly recommend dealing with Jamie! We did the entire deal over the phone and all the paper work was there waiting for us when we arrived. The vehicle was everything he said it was (it was a brand new Traverse) and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes!

2015 ford f150 platinum was T Boned on the passengers side.
I looked around for autobody shops to take it to and decided on Betley Chevrolet Auto Body Shop. Dan Masse did is great job with communication. I took a month to leave a review just incase I jumped to soon. Well all is good with my truck a month later. Everything is tight and looks great. Paint matched perfect no rattles . I mean I had over 17k of damage done . (crazy how insurance doesn't total ) and looks brand new .
