I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’m very picky taking my car anywhere since I do all my own maintenance. Not only did they take great care of my car and repaired a major rear end accident but they went above and beyond months later when I ended up having water leak issues due to a failed seal.
They took my car back in, handled with care, very quickly solved the issue and even were kind enough to realign the hatch perfectly better than before.
Best in the area, kind staff, quality work, and very fair.

Brought my vehicle to be repaired after a collision. Never having been here: Business seemed courteous and professional so I chose to use them.Had to wait 2 months to schedule repair but i was informed of that so not a problem. Timing was off on repair estimate. I was told 1-1/2 to 2 weeks. It actually took 3-1/2 weeks. Again not a problem since I called to check and it was explained to me what was going on. I do wish they would have called me instead of me having to call but not a big deal.Vehicle looks great. So far no issues. I am happy with their work and will use again if needed.My only real complaint is that I had 3/4 tank (just under 200 miles) of gas when I dropped it off. When I left the shop my fuel light was on and I only had 5 miles left. Luckily there is a gas station right on their road. Not sure if tank was drained or if it was driven around but leaving a vehicle with only 5 miles of gas is not okay especially since I was not told of this.

Jeff at Automotive custom & collision has always gone above and beyond with every car I’ve needed to get fixed . Their body work on every car they’ve fixed is unmatched. I would never go back to any dealership, these guys are top tier with their work. They always have the customers needs first and are trust worthy. I wouldn’t take my business anywhere else !

I had a fender bender early in the year and I have to say Jeff was fabulous to work with and my car that was 10 years old looked brand new when I picked it up. I will definately go back for some detailing on my newer car and I have recommended them to many. Thanks Again!
