“Birch Street Collision, is the best. My SUV, was sideswiped. I brought my SUV in for an estimate, they did it while I waited. They made the whole process easy and quick. They even called the rental company to pick me up for my rental car. The work they did on my car was PERFECT, including a scratch, that wasn't even part of the insurance claim. I thought it would take longer but it was ready, right on time, My SUV was given back to me completely cleaned, inside and out. I would highly recommend this body shop to everyone.”

“Today I had needed came in to just simply scan the codes on my vehicle, when I arrived the assistant manager Shane had came out and assisted me. My car then had shut off and wouldn’t turn on and it was stuck there for a little while Shane had told me my problem after looking at my car and helped me push it into a spot he then let me borrow some tools because I had none with me. He then taught me how to fix the issue and get my car started again after I thought it wasn’t going to be able to and was worrying he helped me and reassured me that everything was going to be okay and it was a simple fix. I really recommend everyone to go here it was nothing but good vibes people who treated you like family.”

“The shop and store is good. The old lady who greets you is quick to jump on you like your stealing. Does not know anything. Nor is she helpful. Really sets a bad tone. Shes is also scared of every dog. The service is always very good and propmpt. The parts are OK for stocking. Wish this place was more inviting. I alwaysbtrybto shop local first and keepntheses small businesses running. They are the backbone of America. They are our people who works as hard as we do. I use them for everything first ATV, motorcycle, and Snowmobile.”

“After finding out that my local spot no longer does custom paint in rattle cans, I didn't know where to go. Heard from some of my NH friends that this location does custom paint and they do ofter it in rattle cans. It's an hour away from me, but I figured I'd take a shot. The two gentleman behind the counter were great and I had my paint mixed and ready to go in 20 mins. When I asked about tri-stage pearlescent paint for my 96 Town Car, they sent me to the Raymond location, which is fantastic as I've had a hard time finding that specific paint, especially in rattle cans. Very pleased with the color match and impressed with the service at both locations. ??”
