I recently bought a Toyota Venza from this dealership and absolutely love it. The price was fair, the car runs smoothly and the owner Peter is very helpful and knowledgable.

Good cars and helpful people working there. They made sure all the documents were correct so I wouldn't lose my trip to rmv.

We purchased a car from them in January, and while it was my own fault for trusting the dealer and not getting the car checked within 30 days and rather waited for 6 month maintenance, they sold us a car that they said was in good condition that had almost 5k in repairs needed. I called to try to give them an opportunity to correct for their mistakes but they did not. This obviously is something you really need to be careful of at any dealer but just know it certainly is an issue with this dealer. The dealer is pleasant to work with but obviously having a working car at the end of the day is what you’re after when buying a car, not friendly banter.I also do not give 1 star reviews lightly, I have never done that before (yes I only have a few Google reviews but review places on their own sites usually)

Peter is just off. My husband and I went to buy a car and he was complaining that we were buying the car he was currently driving. He told us he was detailing the car before we would be picking it up, l'll just say we have different ideas of what a detail is. In my opinion dirt would not be left all over the gear shift. We found screws all in the back. Not what I would think of as a detail. This place is sketchy and when you ask questions he acts like it's a personal attack. Will not be going back here.

My girlfriend was sold a lemon. it's a 2014 GMC Acadia and in stereotypical fraudulent sketchy used car lot fashion they "yupped" or ignored her when ever she spoke, and sent her on her way every time she brought the vehicle In to have the problems taken care of. telling her everything is fine and the problems are fixed.. they did nothing but lie over and over until the "thirty days" were up... It's been less than 5 months and the leak in my girlfriends Acadia is so bad that I don't think it (the vehicle) will last another 5 months. Water is in constant contact with the fuse panel and God knows what.. the moisture is causing shortages to things like the ignition and Ac and the corrosion is causing things to stop working completely. The foam padding under the carpet is completely saturated and the only way it can dry is to pull it up. I've never personally witnessed such a blatant case of customer fraud and deceptive market practices like this, that wasn't either in a fictional movie or on a nightly news segment like "Help me Hank"... We like so many Americans today are struggling everyday just to keep what little we have. This isn't just her vehicle it is her home. She is devastated and I'm doing my best to come up with a way for her to make things right but everytime I investigate the issus more I find more bad news. In my opinion Auto authority of Derry NH is owned and run by criminal conn artist who think bragging about their years of experience magically makes them experts on auto sales and repair. I was not allowed to post this review unless I rated them with at least one star.. it was not my choice to award them with any stars, but I believe this review is more important than a rating system.

I recently purchased a car and was happy with how amazing and simple it was. It was my first time buying a car for myself and I was really nervous at first especially since it was money I’d been saving up for awhile. The owner kept good care of the cars and gave me the real deal on what was going on with the car I was buying. Overall the dealer was very kind and I love the car that I got, I highly recommend this place.

Recently purchased a 2008 Honda Element from Pete at Auto Authority of NH. There were some issues on my end where I had to leave the car on the lot for almost two weeks, in which this was no problem at all. The Element was clean and in great shape. All paperwork was explained and ready to sign when I arrived. Pete also engaged in friendly conversation as well. There was no pressure and Pete explained everything every step of the way. He is an honest businessman who disclosed every detail about the Element that he knew, including carfax and other reports. Definitely recommend checking out Auto Authority NH for your next car/truck purchase.

I can't drive a car until I have hand controls installed. Pete has been beyond accommodating. I went to look at a vehicle, and he offered to drive me around to get a feel for the car. He's highly knowledgeable and his experience speaks for itself. He runs an honorable business and I highly recommend Auto Authority of NH

I recently picked up my 2016 GMC Sierra Denali from Pete. I saw the truck online and Pete was very efficient and professional in a return message that led to a phone call and test drive. Truck is exactly what I was looking for and the deal was pretty seamless and the truck was cleaned and had a 20 day plate and NH inspection sticker on it when I arrived to pick it up. I would recommend anyone to try Auto Authority for a used vehicle. Thanks for the great truck!

My father in law drove to go look at 2 Ford Explorers that they had on car gurus for sale. They failed to mention in the description of the vehicles that they needed a lot of work done. One of the Explorers didn't even have a working a/c from what he told me. They would not lower the price of the vehicle either, nor fix the issues he noticed. How do you sell cars that need work? When people go to a dealership and spend thousands of dollars on a car, they expect to get a car in near perfect working condition, not have to spend extra money after to fix the problems you failed to fix.SAVE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Save yourself money and stress and go elsewhere.Peter was rude and had extremely poor customer service skills. He also made many mistakes filling out the paper work. Simple things like signing his name where the buyer's should go, multiple times. At one point he was bleeding while signing the documents and didn't try to bandage it until I asked him to at least put a napkin over his wound. Then he had an attitude aftrrward. Peter didn't sign a sheet and I had to drive hours back to get it done in person since a digital copy wasn't sufficient for the DMV. There was a woman there when I returned weeks later to do this. She was very helpful unfortunately, I don't recall her name. The car wasn't cleaned before or after the purchase which was evident because the trash from the day before was still in the car. It also took 40 minutes or so for them to bring it back around and supposedly they were just putting the plate on. The tech who brought the car back was covered in grease and left some on the wheel, shifter, door handles and seat. When I got in the car after the purchase I noticed an air bag light on that I don't recall being there prior. Leaving the parking lot I heard a clunking noise that wasn't present when I did the test drive. Upon getting home I inspected the trunk and the lining was moved. This lining wasn't like that the day before or prior to them taking it around back. I later found out the clunking was due to a messed up rear shock. Again, there was no noise during the road test.Months later I am out a lot of money and cannot drive the car due to the air bag light. So far nobody has been able to determine what the cause is for the light and my local Ford dealership is appointment only due to Covid-19 and booked solid.Avoid all the above and shop elsewhere.

Terrible place to purchase a vehicle. It needed a new part, they said they replaced it but it didn't work and wouldn't install one that worked. Then they don't give you a decent warranty....30 days you pay half. Also didn't detail it at all, it's a filthy mess. I don't recommend a woman going in alone, they rip you off.
