He was knowledgeable about the area and property, friendly, and professional even though he wasn't expecting us. The property manager also came out of her office to greet us and make us feel welcome. It was a great experience and a beautiful property!”

“I am going on 2 years of living here and have been greatly satisfied overall. Maintenance is great, leasing office responds kindly and timely to emails and takes care of any issues that arise along with handling the issues professionally. We enjoy using the dog bath area and all the amenities that the property provides. The insulation seems to be very poor but other than that - the apartment itself has been a great place to live.”

“It looks like my review did post properly . But, my experience at Fairway apts has been good it’s what I have expected quiet and a pleasant. You do have amenities that are available to you clubhouse , swimming pool , exercise room, friendly folks and so much more. Thank you for the free movie theater!”
