Called A-1 fleet door services late at night to setup an emergency door service , they came out first thing next day and sent Justin out, he was extremely knowledgeable, knew what he was doing and shared why I had the issue and what needed to be fixed/replaced. I had a previous company replace a torsion spring on this unit and they didn’t tell me what else I had to change going from a single torsion spring to a dual, and Justin lead me in the right direction on how to fix this issue so it doesn’t happen again ! 10/10 company and service I will be using them in the future !

Service was excellent. However, they did not charge my credit card that I gave them sent me an invoice and then proceeded to try to explain why they didn’t charge my credit card a week later. Very shabby billing department.

Called and made an appt for an estimate. They never confirmed or showed up for the appt. which I took time off for. Tried calling but no one answered until 1 hour after appt. (says open 24 hours on website).Customer service did not seemed surprised or bothered by this and said the tech probably forgot and would call me. He never did. Not interested in a business so poorly run.

I contacted A-1 after seeing that they provide service for Liftmaster which I have. I spoke to the office and they scheduled an appointment for the following day at 11am. The next day came and its 11:20am with no show and no call. I called them and the lady that answered said oh that's my fault I forgot to put you down someone can make it over there in an hour. Someone finally shows up and calls me telling me what my options are. I requested a quote that day and never received one. This was on Jan 11th and it is now the 23rd and still NO quote or any communication. I ended up calling another company and going through them. Too many red flags for me and clearly I'm not a priority if I can't even get a simple quote.

I returned from a vacation to find a broken garage door spring and door that would not open. I filled out an online appointment request, on a Sunday afternoon, requesting service on Monday. I had a phone call about 20 minutes later from the company and was able to confirm the appointment for Monday afternoon. I was made aware that there would be a $125 service fee for the visit if I did not opt to proceed with a repair. The technician arrived on time, assessed the situation and provided the estimate. He had the parts on his vehicle and replaced the broken spring with 2 new springs, in about an hour. The overall service from this company was excellent and I won't hesitate to recommend to others and use the service again, if the need arises.

The company shows up to give my wife a quote on possible door replacement and/or repair of my existing garage door, after receiving the quote he tells my wife she owes a $120 service fee even though no service was done on this day, I finally get home while the associate is still in my driveway and he brings up the service fee he charged my wife, he recommends I call the company to be reimbursed as no service was actually done and he could tell I was not happy about it. I speak with the company who puts me on hold to speak with the owner or manager, magically the owner/manager isn't available, but I was told he will call me back in a few minutes. The associate who is still in my driveway then re approaches my front door to tell me the owner just called him and advised him he isn't available to speak with me...but he was available to call him. The associate then tells me there isn't much he can do today anyways so he is gonna leave and can follow up on Monday. It's the next day and I still have not received a call back in regards to being refunded my "service fee". I DO NOT recommend this company, it was clear the associate showed up with out any real intention of doing any sufficient work and still expected to collect a service fee even though once again I received zero services.

my gigantic garage door was jammed shut because of a broken spring system. They came first thing on a Monday, and helped get my cars out. Now they are helping me with a new door! Pretty pleased with this company so far, and Diane is really great :)

The Lifestyle Garage Door Screens are fabulous. They keep the bugs, rodents and birds out of the garage while allowing in cool air flow and natural light. They provide easy access in or out through the people door. They never need to be stored. Entertaining in the garage is much more pleasant. We love them. Should have bought them years ago. A-1 Fleet Door provided excellent customer service.

Communication is just about impossible, Diane says don’t talk or call anybody but me and the when the crew doesn’t show up and you call her she doesn’t answer the phone until maybe a day or two later , I was contracted for two doors and and had this problem on both occasions,, and now on on occasion number 3 , waiting for a final thing that was promised almost a week ago , still no showUpdate !!!A new office manager has arrived and has made sure the last remaining item was completed and it was ! I will use them again

I answered ads on Facebook Marketplace and was a little skeptical about contacting them. When I called they came out and we're professional and knowledgeable about their product and my husband was totally comfortable with ordering and having them install our new door.I want to say thank you to Patrick for coming out and Debra for taking the time to show me on their app how my door would look installed. Great team and very reasonably priced. Thanks again. Love my new garage door.

Excellent customer service from the sales rep Patrick and technician Chris. Very thorough, with excellent communication. The quality of the product he product is fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend to friends.

This was the most difficult company to deal with. First they over billed me. Then slightly over a year after they installed a garage door the cable detached. I called, told them this, they said they would come out to repair. I then received a bill for $480.00. They charged me for travel time, $125.00 to assess problem (I told them what the problem was prior to them coming out), and another $225 for 1 hour of work - they were at my house for 20 min. Their initial cost for 3 garage doors plus install was less than other companies but dealing with this company is not worth the money you save.

I'm taking my time out of my day to commend a company for their excellent response time and resolve to my problem. Last year I had 2 garage doors and motors installed at my home and 1 of the motors failed due to a logic board defect no fault of the company. Although slightly out of warranty I called A1 to enlighten them of the situation. They were so helpful and responsive and sent out a tech that day. They replaced the motor for me at zero cost and I was up and running within hours. Can't say enough how grateful I am. Thanks for all A-1
