“After my 18 year old daughter waited for 3 hours for AAA to finally decide they couldn’t come until the morning I called Matthew at premier towing at 1 AM. He was there in 20 minutes!!! Wasn’t an easy tow as it’s awd and wouldn’t go into neutral. Not a problem. We were home by 2:30! Cancelling AAA no need to have it any longer. Thank you so much Matthew for not leaving my daughter stranded in the middle of the night.Service: Car towing”
“Went there to look at a 2016 4runner. When I pulled up there was no one waiting outside to rush me. The wife and I were able to take our time and go in to talk to Steve when we were ready. Steve was very polite and walked us over to the car, turned the car on for us and let us walk around the car. We were able to take our time and the test drive was just the wife and I. We were able to test drive as long as we wanted. Usually the person drives with you and tells you were to drive, no here, the test drive was an honest drive. Was able to listen for anything out of the ordinary. The quality of the vehicle was really good. Steve did not force the finance company either. He went to get rates from 2 banks and I went to get rates from USAA. I was able to get a better rate and he was happy to use the rate I got. Steve was very respectful and helpful. He went above and beyond. I called back later and asked if there was a floor mat there that I was missing. He called me back 10 mins later stating he ordering me new ones. I would highly recommend route 4 motors.”

“If you live in Northwood, make this your garage. I've brought my car to Northwood Garage, who quoted me $430 for brake work, citing a frozen caliper needing repair. I told them I'd be back, drive to McMenamon's, who did great work for less than $200. That's not the only time. Don't be ripped off! Go to Dick. Any local will say the same.”

“Friendly knowledgeable willing to take the time to look up what the problem might be when the problem is not presenting itself in front of us. Ended up having a broken ground wire on my rear transaxle box. Telling me my box on my rear end was overheating which was not the case it was just a simple fix of the ground wire Wayne had it done in less than three minutes after he finished diagnosing it doing the work it was perfect light has not come back on since 150% happy with the transmission man in Candia New Hampshire I've been with this person since he was operating the transmission place on Old Candia Road in Manchester New Hampshire he is 100% reliable he was 100% honest and he tell you if you need something and if you don't need it then he'll tell you and don't bother just wait till it breaks it doesn't look good but it's still not leaking don't replace it. And closing it's just not the shop you walk into with all the beautiful waiting rooms or anything like that this is the plain old school shop which other small little room to do the paperwork and get you on your way there is no seating or waiting area although if you need a seat I'm sure they will provide you with one they are very lovely wonderful people and I wish them a Happy New Year”

“My car had significant mechanical noise related to the turning of one or more wheels. It turned out to be both front wheel bearings needed to be replaced. Mila was super helpful and courteous explaining what was needed at the end of the diagnosis stage and what might be needed after getting into the repair stage. Derek explained the repair to me afterwards, indicating the parts that often become compromised (trigger wheel, axle, and hub) on both side were in good shape and didn't need replacement. I would highly recommend them as an alternative to dealer service for wounded BMWs! Car is now rolling quite. Great job!”
“I had a flat tire that needed repair from running over a screw. I came in on a pretty busy day, but the staff was nice and agreed to repair my tire by the end of the day if I dropped it off. The repair was completed quickly and is now back on the road. Getting a flat tire is never a fun experience, but they made fixing it easy.”

“I took my 04 Jeep wrangler TJ to two different mechanics in Mass. Both of which could not figure out the issues going on. I took it to Steve’s Jeep Country and they were amazing. They fixed the issues and are extremely knowledgeable. Steve kept me informed every step of the way. Sometimes Being a women mechanics treat you as though you are stupid. Steve treated me with the upmost respect. I needed the Jeep back in a certain date. Steve and his team had it ready to go in my time frame. This was extremely important to me as it is a tribute to my late son Dylan. Steve and his team are the absolute best in the business! I will never go anywhere else.”
