“The team at Willis Auto Repair totally saved us when we got a flat tire during a road trip! they tag teamed with a local towing company to get us off the highway and replaced the flat with a used tire at no cost! They were extremely kind and professional (and it goes without saying that they are experts at their job!) 10/10 would return for any repairs in the future!”

“I am not from NH, but I was visiting for a week when the oil life light came on in my car. Called all the auto shops in the area but none were able to squeeze me in before my 9hr drive home - except Auto Advisors! Staff were friendly, efficient, and communicative. They were thorough in checking everything out and made sure my vehicle would get me home safely! Also, the pricing was super fair. Will definitely go back to them if I’m ever in NH and need service again!”
“I've been going to C & R for years. To be honest, they are the best repair shop I've have ever dealt with. They are a small business so you do have to make appointments even for the small things, but they treat you good. They are not a corporation with 50 employees, but a small business with just a couple of them.
They are honest where other businesses would lie to you. I had to take my car to Ford dealership and they told me that I needed new this and new that, I took my car to C & R for a second option, and they told me I was good to go, that Ford was just trying to scam me with unnecessary repairs. Ive taken my vehicles to C & R thinking I needed new brakes and thinking my bearings were going bad, C & R was honest, doing an honest job, and told me I didn't need anything.
I can't say enough good things about them. I am very pleased with the services my wife and I have had with them, from inspections, to repairs, oil changes, tires, routine maintenance, to diagnosing potential issues. I am glad C & R is in business and I hope they will stay in business for a long time to come. I hope other businesses will model themselves after C & R. I look forward to doing more business with C & R when I need it.”

“Had my oil changed there at end of march and when they got done started smelling an odd smell coming in thought they maybe spilled a little oil but the smell continued. Got sick of it today and went to check if maybe something was stuck somewhere and when I opened my hood I found my oil fill cap sitting where you open the hood. So needless to say the smell was coming from spilt oil out of the top where they fill the oil in the engine. Might need to slow down a little bit so this doesn’t happen in the future otherwise a good visit except now have to get sone oil to fill back to where it needs to be before my next oil change.”

They were very honest and the owner allowed us to use her car when we had to wait around for the hitch to be attached to our Ford Escape. Overall a great experience and great customer service.”

“I recently had aftermarket wheels and tires mounted, balanced and installed onto my new truck by Promex. Being very particular about my vehicles, I had concern about potential scratching or damage to the new rims. As if he could anticipate my concern, the owner, Mike, unboxed each wheel and performed an inspection for pre-installation damage. After confirming there was none, he then reviewed the installation gameplan with his crew. Mike asked to keep the vehicle overnight, so that they didnt have to rush the process. I got a call the next day indicating that I could pick the vehicle up. To my delight, the vehicle and my new wheels are in perfect condition. Well done, Promex Team!”
