These guys have been nothing but impressive! When I bought my house, my water was terrible, and the plumping was equally bad, but Summit View Water cleaned up my nightmare of a situation. In today’s world of not knowing who to trust I appreciate finding Dave and his staff so much!! I purchased my home several years ago, discovered that I needed a water system, a radon extraction system. Very overwhelming but Dave was patient and walked me through it. Continued to have my yearly service, always prompt, on time, respectful. This year Dave volunteered that he didn’t care for the sound of the motor on the system, that it had gone out of warranty but that he was going to push the company a bit to stand behind it as it had just recently gone out of warranty. He didn’t have to do that, he simply did because it was the right thing to do!!! That folks is the type of guy I want to do business with and I recommend you do as well!! He came yesterday, did the install, the system so much quieter now and we are sincerely thankful!!! And no additional cost to me! Amazing! Thank you Summit Water and thank you Dave! I’m a fan!!!

If I could give negative stars, I certainly would. This is the worst company, if you can even call it that. I WAS an employee for 2 weeks. During my 2nd week, my mom became very ill and was hospitalized & had to have emergency surgery. I quit as soon as I found out just the kind of people the owners were. Not one nice text of concern. In fact, the only text I got was basically asking how long I'd be out because was needed in the office. Meanwhile, my mother was lucky to be alive, as they were not sure she'd make it thru the emergency surgery. I quit immediately. Avoid this company at all costs. They don't care about their employees, or customers. They sell you an overpriced water system (6-10,000) convince you it needs 'annual maintenance' and charge you an arm and a leg annually. It's a scam. Avoid this company!

If it wasn't for this company coming to my home, I would have issues with a new $15,000.00 water system...Nobody told us to check what the water would do. Thankfully Dave was willing to come and "look" with no guarantee of me making an investment. The water had eaten up through a 14 month old brand new ball valve and out another area. I'm very pleased.

I've never written a review on Yelp, but this company is so appalling that I feel like I need to save other people from dealing with them This company is one of the worst I've ever dealt with. I was treated with disrespect before the equipment was even installed (twice the installers missed the service date without calling to inform me) when they finally arrived they caused a major flood in my cellar with damaged my furnace. When I informed the owner he didn't even apologize. I have been calling and emailing every week for three months and they still haven't put me on the list for maintainance. In fact they claim they didn't receive and voicemail or emails from me. I offered to show them my phone records. They declined. I threatened to get my attorney involved and gave them two weeks to respond to me. I heard nothing. I called today and was told I was still not scheduled for maintainance because the secretary was "not impressed with the tone" of my last email. Despite the fact that I pointed out my tone had always been cordial up to the last email, she wasn't willing to listen to me. I have never had a worse experience with any company, and strongly recommend that if you're considering hiring them you will take this review to heart. I spent $5700 with them, the equipment has never worked correctly and they have treated me with a truly amazing level of disrespect for more then 3 months. I wish a rating of negative stars was an option, honestly, even giving them one star is more than they deserve.
