They are friendly and open good hours. As far as the positives, that's about it. The last time I went in some of their drink coolers or off in the drinks were warm and they knew but wouldn't turn them back on. They sell cigars out of a small humidor that are much drier than they should be, making them no good. And how they price things is a little out of control. The store has some good potential where it sits but in my opinion the people who own it need to rethink how they run it.

I like this place, they have a wide variety of choices whatever you're looking for I'm sure you may find it here. Decent prices. My favorite are the people that work here, wicked friendly, try hard to help you find what you're on the search for*vape stuff*. Great customer service!

WOULD GIVE EVEN LESS THAN ONE STAR! STORE STATES THEY'RE THE CHEAPEST CIGARETTES AROUND. WENT IN TO BUY SEVERAL CARTONS OF CIGARETTES, SWIPED CARD THAT HAD A SIGN STATING IT WOULD COST AN EXTRA $2 BEYOND MY PURCHASE PRICE TO USE THIS PAYMENT METHOD. OK, FINE, PAID AND LEFT. UPON CHECKING OVER THE RECEIPT, THERE AFTER, I FIND OUT IT WAS $2.00 PER CARTON, OVER REGULAR PURCHASE PRICE! WHAT? SINCE WHEN DOES ANYONE HAVE TO PAY TO SWIPE THEIR DEBIT CARD IN STORES TO PAY FOR THEIR PURCHASE! LET ALONE PER A CERTAIN ITEM! NO SIGNS STATING THE PER CARTON EITHER! YEAH PAID AN EXTRA $14 TO USE THEIR DEBIT MACHINE!! WENT BACK LATER TO ASK, WHATS UP WITH THAT EXTRA CHARGE AND THE GUY REPLIED THAT'S THEIR THING, THAT'S WHAT THEY DO... REALLY.. BUYER BEWARE CAUSE NO ONE IS GONNA LET YOU KNOW WHAT ALL YOUR REALLY PAYING FOR! LEFT FEELING TOTALLY SCAMMED AND ROBBED..JS

I’ve only been here a handful of times but I won’t be back again. I went in today to buy some beer and put it on the counter. The woman behind the counter asked for my ID which is the first time I’ve ever been carded here, but no big deal. I hand her my ID and she looks it over for awhile and keeps looking at me. I have a scar on my lip due to a birth defect that was fixed when I was 2 months old. She asks if I got my scar after my ID picture was taken. I tried explaining that I’ve had this scar my whole life and she said “well it’s not in the picture” and wouldn’t sell me the beer. I was honestly so shocked and decided not to waste my time and left. Rude and unacceptable experience.

They sold me broken items and then told me it was my fault for not checking the item over before getting to my car. Sorry no refunds..Really. Seriously not a good business for quality items

I drove from over an hour away as I reside in Casco , ME and before I left I checked the hours on the website plus I also called the business to see what the hours of operation was on Saturday, and both advised that they were open until 9pm, which I thanked the lady that answered and let her know that I would see her just before close as I lived an hr away from them. I arrived at the store @ 8:40pm to see all the lights off and the sign flipped to close. Now mind you owners of this business are the owners and operators of this place of business and also live right above the establishment!!! And they are closed early?!?!?! Knowing that a customer was coming from afar as I called first to make sure plus I’m also consider myself a regular customer or at least as much as I can be since it’s not right next door for me to shop at. I would say I visit at least 2-3 times monthly and spend close to $100-$150 each time that I shop at their place of business........ and of course the sign that they provide for customers for their hours of operations literally is a flip sign that states either SORRY WE ARE CLOSED or WELCOME WE ARE OPEN....... absolutely nothing that states the hours of operations. COMPLETE BS!!! And the best part as I said is that they live in the building attached to the business and all the lights and T.Vs are on and running...... so apparently they were in a hurry to close early and watch the latest of their favorite show..

Went there for the first time today and purchased a 6-pack of craft beer and two pure leaf teas. Went to drink the tea after getting home and it did not taste right. Looked for the sell by date and it was stamped feb 2018. Checked the beer which was june 2018. Returned the products and the employee tried stating that the date was the manufactured date and not the sell by date. Will not be buying from them again
