I’m late posting this, but I had to share my excellent experience at Profile Subaru a few weeks ago. My husband and I worked with Allan Frechette and we had, by far, the best customer experience we’ve ever had. Allan was so knowledgeable and helpful and went above and beyond! We were so happy and will be returning for all of our future Subaru needs! Thanks Allan!

Allan was amazing to work with! He went through every feature in the car to ensure we knew what we were doing before we left the lot. He was patient and thorough when explaining the different elements of the process from paperwork to getting the keys. Also, thank you to Jim and Ryan who helped during the process as well!

I bought my Subaru Forester new from Profile and have had all service and repairs done there since then. My husband brought the car in for an inspection sticker. He waited for the car where this usually does not take long. After 1 1/2 hours they told him the car failed inspection because of a loose right ball joint. I looked back into my records and that ball joint was replaced by them 18 months ago and 30,000 miles. I went in today to ask them what they were going to do about it where it should have lasted for 70,000 - 150,000 miles. They told me that they only guarantee the work for one year regardless of the mileage. They either installed a faulty part or they did not perform the work correctly. They lost two customers today, my husband also brings his car there. BTW I can usually feel something when a ball joint is loose and there is no noise or vibration on the highway.

Ok! So...at one time we purchased a new LL Bean Edition Outback from Profile...wasn't a bargain basement model, if memory serves me right. We now have a 2018 Outback which we purchased new from another dealership ( we were out of area at the time..), but have brought into Profile for services.Today I inquired as to the cost for our upcoming 60000 mile service and whether I could get a free loaner as we have had in the past for other large services. I was told it would cost $35.00 for the loaner since we bought the car somewhere else!! ( Forgive us for not living and supporting area businesses WHEN WE WEREN'T EVEN HERE!!) Your cost for this service was much higher than other dealers, as well!!...PROFILE SUBARU...u r such a disappointment

This review is really late but it needs to be done. Was searching for a van that I really wanted and found it here on web. I had to make an appointment within 1 week because the van was in the shop. I made the appointment with day and time of 10:30. Made sure that I was approved prior to going down because the travel was over an hour away from where I live. Showed up at 10:20 ( which was early) . They came to me to tell me that someone else was there already and needed to fill out paperwork for their new car...needless to say I was already there for my appointment but I let them go first because I thought they were going to be quick about it. 1:30 rolls around and I was still waiting to be seen. On top of that, the van they said was in the shop for over a week had damaged behind the passenger seat. The covers to the sliders were torn off. I asked them about it and they said they knew nothing and that I would have to make an appointment to fix it. I had already told these guys that I was only going to make one trip. So 3 months down the road after they were only able to find 1 piece versus 2, 1 is done and the other is still broke. Even though they had the van that I wanted, and I'm very happy with it, their customer service could use some working on. And when you make an appointment for a certain time you expect to be in and done not to waster half of your day there. So,would I recommend this dealership, probably not but thankfully I don't have to go there again. 1 good thing is...they ended up giving me my second key back for the van because when I first got it I only received one. Can't believe it! Called today to ask if my next service was one of the longer ones....can I use one of the loaner cars......" if you bought your car here....if not, NO!! Oh, you can pay to use one though....!! WHAT??! ARE U KIDDING Me!!

This is what I called turning a bad experience into a good one. It was actually a funny one too.I made the wrong turn on 112 and spotted this dealership. I had a hard time finding a part for my 06 Tribeca and thought I might as well give this location a try.No one was at the parts department and so I rang the bell. I waited for about ten minutes but not a single employee came to the counter. Several employees from various department noticed me standing there. They all said they will find the staff from parts to no avail. I decided to go to the washroom but the men's room was locked. So I went to the ladies' washroom and kept waiting afterwards.Another five minutes went by and I heard the men's room door unlocked and out came the staff from parts. I noticed a strong scent of Febreeze odour gushing out the washroom as he kept a straight face and asked if he can help me. Well, we all knew what he was doing in the washroom.Long story short as he couldn't find the part I needed. He ended up giving me a lanyard for the long wait.I didn't ask for the staff's name but thanks again ?

Dale Petel was an Awesome, Caring, Compassionate Person to work for..... Thank you Dale! And Sales was so great working with Everyone and loved what they did. Parts are Awesome people as well and work together. But the Service Manager! He is the reason why everyone leaves all the time. I hate to say out of seven years that I work there....the way he treats the employees. Is So depressive, Disrespectful, and he don't hold them high in Honor. They are who help the business and keep it running. So for that problem he needs to start being a truthful manager. Respect them.... they run that department, with out them you have nothing. But thank you Profile Subaru them selves for growing me into what I have become. Thank You Dale Petel and Staff.

Bought from profile powersports who is affiliated with profile Subaru. Same owners from what I see online and on the contract I signed. I put a deposit on a new trailer from them and left a deposit I signed a buyers order and they also signed it also. They owner Mike called me to let me know the price has changed and they will not honor the price they have on a legal binding contract. I have the buyers order and picture of the trailer and a picture of the advertised price. I told Mike the owner he should do something he hung the up on the phone on me. Terrible customer service.

5 star service, 3 star prices. I have no regrets but at the same time I'm not going to lie and pretend that I got a steal and that they didn't leverage the car shortage to their advantage on either their price for their vehicle or what they offered for mine.
