I had a leased car that I needed to turn in early. My husband called and asked the best way to do this. We were purchasing a truck. He was told to not trade the car in but to bring it to them instead. We followed these directions only to be low balled on the value of the car. It did have a cracked rear tail light and I expected to pay something to turn it in early, but not thousands of dollars. The guy told us that we would have been better off to trade it in even though they told us not to!
We brought it to a different Subaru dealership. This dealership told us that part of our lease agreement covered some damage to the vehicle. IE the tail light and did not take off anything for it being broken. Not sure why profile did not honor this. We did end up still having to pay more to satisfy the lease than we would have if we had traded it in. Again not sure why profile told us to go this route.
We had also purchased a maintenance package with the vehicle so we're owed money back as we only used one service. We had to get this back from profile. Jeremy Roy was incredibly rude throughout the entire process of us trying to recoup this money. He was very unresponsive and unprofessional. I called to speak with him as he was ignoring my emails. He was unavailable and instead of calling me back as requested he sent me a very curt email response. I did get the money back eventually. I have bought three cars from here. Never again.

I am a senior driving out of my state , I called profile Suburu dealer innNH and Jim was manager on duty he talked me through the directions to fix it, he was so kind and patient ❤️

Mark Tavares and his team were outstanding. My Outback broke down on the first day of vacation after being serviced at a different dealership days before. I was able to limp into Profile Subaru about 20 minutes to closing time. I was greeted in a friendly professional and efficient manner that did everything to relieve my growing state of panic and dread. Before I knew it, I was in a rental and back in vacation mode. During the repair process, Mark was terrific. He was proactive by reaching out and keeping me in the loop every step of the way. He was honest and forthcoming and extremely generous with his time. Mark and his team, truly care about the service provided at Profile Subaru and it shows. I can not say enough great things about my experience and I see Profile Subaru as the standard for other dealerships to follow. Highly recommended!!

My wife and I recently bought a 2024 Forester Limited from Profile Subaru in Conway, NH. Our salesperson Jesse was pleasant and worked to get us the best deal possible, especially since we had already been quoted a figure from an internet sales person. Jesse thoroughly knew all aspects of the Forester we were looking at and respected our desires through the process. We also received a very nice, handwritten card sharing that he was available if we ever needed anything moving forward. Thank you Jesse and Profile Subaru for ensuring we had a positive car buying experience!

We purchased my Cross Trek from Profile the beginning of July. Jesse Fenn was our salesperson and awesome to work with . He made the whole process from test drive to financing easy. He was personable and could answer any questions I had about the Cross Trek. I would recommend Profile and Jesse to anyone looking for a new vehicle. I have never owned a Subaru before and I love my Cross Trek Wilderness. THANK YOU for the incredible service!

I purchased a 2025 Forester Touring from Profile, and couldn’t be happier. It was without a doubt the most enjoyable vehicle purchase I have ever made. Both Jim and Dave were very personable, professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering questions and offering options. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

We went into Profile this Thursday interested in purchasing a car and within a few short hours walked out new owners of an Outback. The sales staff is excellent. Jesse handled our sale. We had met Jesse at the Tamworth Electric Car Show and were quite impressed. We specifically chose Profile because of him. He was professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Jeremy Roy, business manager at Profile, handled our financing, guiding us through many options to get us the best deal possible. We would describe Profile this way, great people, great products, and great service. Again, thank you Jesse for being such a good sales representative.

Absolute scam of a business.
My wife and I both own Subarus. They have repeatedly tried to mansplain to her. That her front windshield is totally fine and she needs to just clean it better. It has streaks from staining from when they detailed her car.
My Subaru they've replaced the engine in twice this last time I asked them to do an inspection on it. They failed it for foot break. Inadequate stopping power and the rear windshield wiper.
(A rear windshield wiper is not required) And the brakes are brand new.
They've repeatedly taken advantage of my wife and myself and I am absolutely sick and tired of it. We've went to Subaru of New England to complain and so far I haven't really gotten anywhere.
Highly discourage anyone from ever going here

I am a long time Subaru customer. First purchase -- a 2003 Subaru Outback( traded in with over with 168,000 miles)...second, was a 2017 Subaru Forester, which I just traded in for a 2024 Subaru Forester on 4/16/24!!!
I was fortunate to have as my salesman.... JESSE FENN!!! Jesse listened to my needs, offered suggestions, test drove several models with me, crunched numbers, found my car and had it ready for pickup a few days later. He was totally focused on me and my needs, respectful, kind and just wanted the best for me, the customer. All went well and I love driving my car with all the new safety features !
Jesse is great...if you're looking for a new car give him a call!
Also shout out to Jeremy Roy who took care of all the financing, questions, warranties ,etc. Great job, Jeremy!
