My wife and I walked into this Ralph Lauren location doing some summer shopping. One of the employees were constantly on top of us and making us feel very uncomfortable during our shopping experience. And it’s not the first time this has happened to us in this location.

It was horrible the workers were so so rude and over bearing they both asked if we needed help the second we walked in and then one watched us shop the whole time and wound pop out of no where and asked if we needed a bag and if we were even 5 feet close they would immediately ask if we needed help and it was so over priced it was 30 bucks for a pink polo and 105 bucks for a sweater but at least the clothes were cute

Customer service is overbearing. Be prepared to not be left alone to shop because employees will constantly be on you like mosquitos.

Customer service is over bearing. We were asked over 6X if we needed help, and on the 6th being asked and politely saying we were all set, the salesman got sassy and defiant to us. I ended putting back what I planned on buying.

I have to say this is by far the best store to make a stop for in the entirety of the outlets. The staff is not only extremely knowledgeable but very warm and welcoming. Jan, Dan, Barbara, and Olga, what a great team. Your customer service is impeccable!

Some of the staff are a bit overbearing but the majority are welcoming.The selection and deals here aren't as good as the Freeport store for some reason (even with ME sales tax!)
