It is known as a very pet-friendly location where staff are pleasant, helpful, and friendly with both humans and their pets. Services like dog grooming are available, and many dogs love visiting the store. While service is usually quick and wonderful, there can be occasional issues, such as a delay at checkout. Overall, it is a welcoming place for shopping and seeing the animals with family.
Always a pleasure at petsmart! I get my poodle groomed by Jen. She's great and my dog loves her! She's so good, I just tell her to do whatever she wants!

Even though we really miss Skylar we have gotten wonderful service here by Chris and Jen. It’s always way quicker than they quote me for time. Having German Shepherd dogs I can’t just bring them anywhere.

Clean and well stocked. Staff could act like they actually want to be working. Not so friendly.
