I've been here a few times, the owner is a brilliant and nutty woman whose husband is a big deal at Amazon (I remember that!) I've gotten several things here that I absolutely love including a new little alien keychain as well as a long hippie reversible light robe/cardigan and awesome flare jeans. Every time I'm in NH I have to come here hoping to see Penny and finding a new gift for myself. I also just bought a $5 gold cicada-looking ring with a beautiful red stone (fire sign, baby!) cute boutique, worth a visit.

I came after attending NYFW to do some shopping and Penny has one of my singular favorite Boutiques in the United States. Penny has such a wide range of in style items in store, whether you like flashy fashion or more relaxed, Penny has something amazing for you. I advise taking your time to make sure you see everything, Penny knows how to arrange her large inventory in the most creative ways! Penny the owner is unbelievably friendly, and so knowledgeable about everything in her store! I can not wait to come back to her store. This is definitely a North Conway must visit kind of store.

I drive from an hour away on regular basis just to go to this shop (nevermind the rest of the awesome and unique shops just steps away) because the inventory shifts so frequently. Lots of cute clothes every season, jewelry, scarves, leather hip bags, perfume, tarot cards, some crystals, decor. Crystals are on the pricy side but I think most everything else is reasonable.

Cute shop- prices were reasonable- owner was very helpful. Definitely will return for more T party pants (so soft) and to see what else comes in. Wonderful lil shop. Only con- wish it was bigger , with more stuff ? Thanks Penny great place

Visited this quirky new age-y shop today. There were some interesting items that I would never buy because it's just not my style but then some really cute things (like their rain boots!) and some cool items like the roll-on perfume and the gorgeous nail polishes. They had some good sales. The woman behind the counter was sweet.

Exquisite clothing, gorgeous selection of tarot decks and fabulous selection of accessories! I cannot wait to go back. Super friendly and helpful staff, and perfect ambiance. Honestly, I have searched high and low for places that actually have unique, well made, beautiful clothing. I'm at a loss where I live to find anything like this where I live. I will be ordering things from afar when vacation is over, because this place is a gem!

My sister and I recently visited and saw some items we wanted to purchase but when we went to the counter to pay the lady at the register looked like she was half a sleep or in a trance. It was very off putting, we didn't know what was going on, if the person was high, had a sleep disorder, or in a meditative trace. We put our items back and left. If they were half asleep then please don't work that day or ask your employer if you can leave early so that you can take care of yourself. We plan on returning to Penny Lane's some time soon in hopes to have a better experience and purchase the items we had taken interest in before. Everyone deserves a second chance and please, take care of your own health before working.P.S. Please don't let this post keep you from shopping here, the prices were reasonable and the quality of the items are good. If you get the chance to stop it, do so.

Just stopped in today and was so impressed from the minute I walked in- the first thing I noticed was how amazing it smelled. Walking around the boutique, there were so many incredible things to see- from the unique boho clothing to the wide selection of stunning jewelry, crafted by local artisans. It was my #1 pick of the trip!! I loved it!
