We were in an accident in NH on a vacation. We had the vehicle towed from the site. I never met the owner, but he came highly recommended by the insurance adjuster. He kept in contact with me via weekly phone calls and was very honest about his process. He repaired the rear end damage and passenger side damage with the highest quality parts and craftsmanship anyone could ask for. The vehicle looked amazing and was done seamlessly. He informed me of other issues he saw and made his recommendations. If you have a need for auto body repair or any type of auto repair I would highly recommend Palmers.Services: Body & Trim

Palmers did an excellent job working on my wife's 2014 Ford Flex. After some extensive damage I thought it would never look completely right again. I was wrong Palmers made the car look like nothing ever happened. Highly Recommend. Thanks for the great service.

I had repairs done to my 2010 Chevrolet Equinox as a result of a non-injury accident. Insurance company settled with me and I paid Palmer's $2,636.50, plus $100.00 cash deductible for the repair work. Unbeknownst to me Randy Palmer did not replace the parts, specifically the rear lift gate and associated other parts. Instead he patched the damage and painted over the existing tailgate. A year later the paint pealed and cracked and rusted. When I complained to him he admitted he did not replace the lift gate and refused to correct the problem. I had to take Randy Palmer to NH District Court where he agreed to refund a cash settlement to me. This settlement was approved by Judge Pamela D. Albee . This case is well documented in the Conway District Court Records.
