Mary and Chip were very, very helpful and honest with regards to everything with our purchase. They are the kind of dealership you want to go to because they really want what's best for their customers. No wonder customers keep coming back because they treat them like family. After many months of excitement and dealing with what seemed like pretty cool people I was informed I would be paying the Macdonald's extra money on top of the already agreed upon price for a new vehicle I was ordering through them. I was essentially told they didn't make enough money off of me for it to be worth their while to sell it to me, but I was assured they will still be ordering the vehicle should I change my mind. Poor business practice and beyond sub-par customer service. Quite a shame as they really seemed like a good honest business at first, too bad greedy hands are in charge.

If you need service, please go somewhere else. The service department needs basic customer service training. No greeting when I walked in, not one friendly face in the crowd! I have been going there for years and unfortunately will not be going back! I am sure if you want to "buy" a car you MIGHT be okay. I would be leery though, honestly!
