Met the owner , Julie, in person and she was lovely, attentive , knowledgeable. I left ski gear for consignment and that it when everything changed. According to Julie my items were sold in January, she said that from the 10th to 16th of the next month the check would be send out. That was the only time she answered the phone. February, March and we are in April now... no check and she does not pick up the phone or returns calls. I left numerous messages. What kind of service is that? She was very helpful to sell me things but does not pay on time . Shame.

This is the GoTo sports consignment store in the Conway/North Conway area, especially alpine ski and hockey gear for kids. Juli is super helpful, good quality merchandise, very good prices. Highly recommended!

Julie has a great little shop. I have done a lot of business there over 15+ years. She is very knowledgeable and will always try to steer you in the right direction. Some of my favorite gear has come out of that shop!

I want to support consignment shops, especially with retail today "big Box sludge" As a local who comes here frequently, I feel this shop is 100% a tourist trap. She will never go down on price for stuff that is very used or sometimes broken.Last summer was my last time in here when I wanted to buy a 10' orange dagger kayak and she wouldn't go down $$ It looked like it was missing a few parts and it was definitely not worth $350. She assured us it was water tight and ready to go. We brought it home and sunk after an hour paddle.It looks like they tried to hide the damage with some kind of a silicone. A local shop couldn't fix it they said the damage was hidden. So the owner of the shop thought she was sitting on gold when it's junk.If you're gonna buy stuff here, make sure you know it can be fixed. I have picked up many things here: snowboards/ skis and always feel I paid to much when I go home to do the reapairs. She always acts shocked when I ask for a better price.

Amazing store brimming with skate, ski, XC ski, and all kinds of other gear. We even found mountaineering boots and AT ski gear. Also, the staff is friendly & knowledgeable!
