I was building a custom PC and ran into a problem (a bad CPU), and Andy was very helpful in diagnosing the problem, and in the end assembling the components for me at a very reasonable cost, with much better cable management than I would have achieved. PC works great! Prompt, friendly service. Highly recommended!
