RUN not walk from this lying pharmacy MR Doctor had his people call directly to verify they did indeed stock the prescription arrived and then they said 1/2 hr until pharmacist could consult with me waited waited waited then when I got to consultation they told me they didnt have it not the first time but will be the very last

I have a prescription. The prescription needs to be refilled. I speak to a representative, who explains I need to call my doctors office because it hasn’t been reapproved. I explain that I will be going through withdrawal and will be in mental and physical pain for the remainder of the week if I am not helped. All they say is”Okay, well have a good night.”You’d think I was talking to a dollar tree cashier, not a healthcare worker. The lack of compassion is disgusting.

This is a really well stocked and clean store. With a good variety of each item. They run some really good sales as well as discounts for reward customers and only takes 2 minutes to sign up for right at the register.

Pharmacy manager (I won't name him) tried to tell me about his wife's medical history and how her insurance doesn't cover a medication so mine probably doesn't. Spoiler alert, it does when my script isn't messed up. I called because my prescription was filled wrong and the pharmacy should have been notified by my Dr about my prescription but they still dispensed incorrect medication to someone other than myself! They have my medication and requirements noted and still filled it incorrectly and told me it's not their fault and if I want my medication I'll probably pay out of pocket. Highly inappropriate and probably illegal to identify yourself, your family and share confidential medical information without consent. It was unprovoked and irrelevant. Where's the normal pharmacy staff? Very uncomfortable with this entire experience.

Good sales and selection nice cashiers but horrible manager. One of the male managers that is always there is very rude and I will leave and not shop there when he is working.

Would have given zero stars if I could. Had appointment for flu shot at 11:15, got there at 11:05 and signed in, I had registered online, there was no one in line. The pharmacist said, 'I will be with you in a few minutes.' A lady came after us, she was a walk in, no appointment. We waited and waited. She must have gone on her break. At 11:29, the pharmacist took the lady for her flu shot! We had the appointment and got there before her. At 11:38, she took us and it was very tense in that room. If it were really busy, maybe I could accept waiting but not today, this was just rude and inconsiderate. Will go to Rite Aid, even though it is a bit out of my way.

The worst, most incompetent pharmacy on the planet. If you want meds in stock or filled within a couple days move on to a better pharmacy. If you want to not get bothered by 100 "Your prescription is delayed" calls, move on. And when you question why yet another prescription has not been filled in DAYS, wick attitude, cant answer the question or can't understand

If I could give 0 stars I would. Never in my life have I been so consistently disrespected by a pharmacy. Even my doctors were angry with how both they and myself were treated while advocating for my needs. If you're part of a marginalized community do not go here they will treat you terribly and withhold medication based on "company policy." A policy of which I have never run into at any other Walgreens in NH or CT. Avoid at all costs if you value being treated like a human being. Again even the medical professionals prescribing my medications were disrespected on multiple occasions by this pharmacy

Don't trust the pharmacy staff when they tell you over the phone that the prescription refills will be ready at a certain time or day. They tend to forget 1 or 2 prescriptions and make you wait 20 minutes (if you're lucky) or ask you to come back later. I had to show up 3 times this week to pick up all my refills for the month, even though I called before every visit. Call at least twice to get a reliable confirmation that the refills are actually ready for pickup.

Pharmacy staff are incredibly rude. I called today to verify a charge to my insurance for a prescription. Wow, the guy who answered sounded like he didn’t want to be bothered. His tone alone from the second he answered the phone said everything. He clearly does not want to help or speak to anyone. You’re in the wrong industry buddy! I work in customer service on phones all day and if I ever had that tone speaking to a customer I’d be fired. I’ve changed pharmacies now and glad I did.

I went here today to get a script for my wife. The drive thru pharmacist was extremely rude! She gave me an attitude for trying to give her the info to help locate her script seeing she couldnt find it herself, she said as i was talking "hold on a minute" with an attitude and put the phone down as i was still speaking. I have never been treated this rude at a pharmacy before. If you dont like your job darling, i suggest getting a job that doesnt involve working with the general public! I will be moving all my bussiness elsewhere!

They do not always have a pharmacist and they close without notice. It has happened to me a few times. You cannot get your medication when you need it and it is a huge inconvenience. I have switched back to Riteaid and I will never go to walgreens again.

The staff for the pharmacy clearly don't know what they are doing and can't communicate. I've been having issues with them for the past 2 months and I am switching immediately. This one woman in particular is extremely rude and during one of our conversations she said "your doctor doesn't have a right to just change your dosage amount, thats not his job." Now when ever I place a refill and she answers she says "sorry our systems down. I'll do it when it's back up." She's done that twice within the last month. Its unprofessional and clearly an excuse.Find a different pharmacy.
