“They were wonderful! Long wait because they were short staffed and dealing with more serious situations, but so kind and compassionate. Brought us pillows and blankets and constantly checked on us and our pup. Even though the Dr had a lot going on, took time to answer our questions and didn’t appear rushed when she was working with us. The woman at the counter was so professional and composed kindly telling someone who was leaving “so sorry for your loss” and then when the woman left the building, the employee silently wept for the dog that had just passed. Just a very kind group of people who really care for the families. Way less expensive than expected. Would definitely go back!”
