Absolutely disgusting EXPERIENCES! My husband and I combined visited the store on three different occasions. On the first occasion, the associate looked at our phone, stated we had insurance, handed us a phone number and told us to call them for a replacement. When we tried and were denied as we were told we didn’t have insurance? On the second visit, the associate stated that the first associate had handled the situation improperly, properly explained the insurance and asked us to bring the phone back and they would handle it in store as it needed an “push through” and they’d be happy to assist. During the third and last visit June 10, I encountered the rudest associate I have ever experienced in my life, who refused to identify herself after multiple, very polite attempts to get her name, who was NOT HAPPY to assist. Her first line of customer service was to send me a way to Apple another 30 minutes from my current location, which was already an hour from my house. This was after TWO months of a phone that did not turn on or function, and our son with disabilities main source of communication. I was told it wasn’t the issue I thought it was and that I clearly didn’t know what I was talking about and when I spoke up for myself, I was promptly asked to leave. This is not what I would have considered “their very best” for 20 year customers, and military veterans.

My phone suddenly stopped sending and receiving texts and I needed it fixed because that's my maine communication with work and family. I tried calling and got tech support but that did nothing and she said it had to do with updates but it couldn't because the phone updates were good and auto updated regularly! So I went to the store and the Manager Robert and his staff went above and be on to try and fix my phone but nothing worked so I ended up getting another phone,but they really tried for like 2hrs, thet were all very patient and helpful,not just to me but to everyone who came into the store.

This is the only Verizon store I like to deal with, big plus that it's a corpo store as well. Tina was our saleswoman and she was awesome!
If you need help with anything Verizon go to a corpo store do not waist your time at the third party ones they are horrible.

I took part in their promotion for a new phone. I decided to try the iPhone, which I never had, and I thought it would be a nice change of pace. This phone is not usable. It doesn't have a back button. I can't exit out of anything. I'm accidently canceling appointments and it's so frustrating. I was told I had a month to bring the phone back, it has been a week. They won't take it back because I don't have the box! I'm paying $1000 for a box! Isn't that great?

Worst service ever! I called customer service about an issue, which told me I had to go to the store. Drove to the store. The store said they can’t do anything about it. They said to call customer service. I said you can call them with me. No we don’t do that. Unbelievable!!!!
F/U- went to other store down the road and they we’re able to fix our issue. Imagine that

Tl;dr: just call and save yourself the hassle.
We went to the Verizon store with the plan of upgrading a line for $15 a month and then trading in a Pixel 8 and getting a Galaxy S24 for a small fee. We were told by the sales rep that we could instead get a S23 for free. We were not clear that we would be paying $65 a month for a new line that we have no use for. We then, after realizing that we now had a 4th line, went back and got the phone returned (and charged a $50 restocking fee) and did the update that we originally planned on, and paid a second activation fee. He said that he canceled the extra line, but he actually put the cancelation for the end of the month (he said that it would fall off, but the Verizon phone rep said was not the case) ... Which would have charged us the $65! We called Verizon and they were able to fix it... But I do not like being misled and directly lied to.
It looks like the Verizon phone rep has fixed everything including one of the activation fees and maybe even the restocking fee, but that has yet to be seen.

The associate I spoke to was very kind and helpful, but I’m disappointed that a lot of services are not available in store anymore. I was given a card with multiple 800-numbers to call. It’s not the employees’ faults, but it’s frustrating that I was redirected to a phone number instead of having an associate help me with my account.

Impossible to get in touch with someone from the store. Providing a 1800 number that connects you to someone overseas when you want to purchase a product an hour away is a weird concept to me. The 1800 number keeps connecting me to folks who transfer me to other departments for whatever reason, or just act like they can't hear you anymore and hangup. I just want to give you my money in exchange for a phone. Seems like something that shouldn't be hard in 2024

This place is horrible
