Why tf do I have to talk to a useless robot just to try & get my package delivered to me? All of my info was correct to have my packaged DELIVERED but for whatever reason it got brought to the post office. And now I’ve spent two days trying to call and talk to an actual person because every stupid thing the stupid robot asks me doesn’t pertain to my issue.

Ron, the old guy behind the counter, is one of the most unpleasant human beings I've ever met. I've lived in Penacook for years, and every time I go there he is incredibly rude and condescending, and I've heard similar reports from other Penacook residents. If you want someone to talk to you like you're a POS, then Ron's your guy. I usually avoid this location bc of him. Wish he would just retire!

Ron is by far the best postal employee and person that I have had the pleasure of working with in the last twenty some-odd years. He treats you like a person and goes above and beyond to help anyone who needs it. I'm really happy to have found this post office.

Near the worst tracking! My 2 1/2 year old keeps track of things better. Wish you could find out where your package that you paid for is, oh wait you can for a small extortion fee we can tell you! What a joke!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever encountered - the man behind the desk is short and rude and I rarely feel like he actually enjoys his job. I go to the post office almost daily and will be changing the location I visit and driving further to encounter people who enjoy what they do. There are plenty of other professions out there beyond hating your job....its unfortunate.

They have literally lost 3 weeks worth of mail and no one knows anything about it??? Are you kidding me!!! And guess what, apparently no one is responsible for that either... I guess my mail just vanished. Also last time I got mail none of it was mine and I got three USPS hard plastic mail deviders. What am I supposed to think about USPS? And they wonder why Staples and other retail stores where in charge of mail for a few years. I will just use UNCLE PARCELL SERVICE (UPS) from now on for everything.

-0000...... stars HORRIBLE SERVICE! they have delivered my packages to the wrong mailbox even when I have a locked mailbox. when you call them and finally get a hold of them they tell you there is nothing they can do. I mailed money orders at a concord mail box and they were lost. the places never received their payments. again I was told nothing they can do. what do they do? I put stamps on my letters I was under the impression the stamps are to get my letter from point A to point B. they should be responsible for the money I lost and the stamp not to mention the horrible stress they caused me and late fees also. no wonder why they can not help you is because they are not accountable for anything evidently. where is their responsibility?

multiple times my free 2 day shipping didn't come when it was suppose to. there is no excuse how it arrives at the post office, its sorted, and out for delivery then instead of the package coming to my home, the mail lady which is the same lady who has messed up before took it back to the post office which it changed to available for pickup, amazon free 2 day DELIVERY! not pick up. they need to get it together.
