The delivery person on my route leaves notices in my mailbox that I wasn’t home. Meanwhile I was home and the person never came to the door. Also leaves packages on the road near my mailbox. What’s up with this???

I haven't gotten my mail in months. I've done a change of address multiple times with these people waited months still never got my mail, nervous because I had a long awaited package in route to my old address. They gave me a number to call at another post office and when I finally got a hold of someone they said it was all set and I'll start getting my mail at my new address within a week. Over a month and a half later I still haven't gotten anything and my long-awaited package was just delivered to the old address. Unbelievable.

I keep getting prior residents mail despite my name on my mail box. Sometimes I don't even get my own mail because I have had people who have tried sending me stuff have told me it has been back to them undelivered

Tracking "Out For Delivery"...Expected Delivery 11:15am - 1:15pm- 1:18pm *Update Expected Delivery 11:15am - 3:15pm- 3:18pm *Update Expected Delivery Before 8pm....Mailman came at 12:30pm and didn't drop off the package as usual. This exact scenario has happened with every package from USPS in the past 2 years.I have an eBay store and ship several packages daily, I refuse to offer USPS as a shipping method for a reason...

You might not realize it, but these people are heroes. We depend on them now more than ever, and state and federal government have absolutely GUTTED their budget, resulting in widespread personnel shortages. On TOP of that, due to the Covid pandemic, the USPS is experiencing what is perhaps the highest volume of mail in American history. And they have to deliver it more understaffed than they've been in decades. The few that are left have to work three times as hard. They deserve our gratitude.

Tired of my mail carrier. They've delivered my package to the wrong address with a totally different street name. I've received a package with a freshly broken liquid (beard oil) item. Now today a package wasn't delivered and the carrier stated that there wasn't access to the delivery location. I confirmed with neighbors that they received their mail, and my next door neighbors were home when their mail was delivered. They confirmed that nobody was parked in front of anywhere near our houses.Whoever this carrier is needs to be fired.

-0 stars HORRIBLE SERVICE! they have delivered my packages to the wrong mailbox even when I have a locked mailbox. when you call them and finally get a hold of them they tell you there is nothing they can do. I mailed money orders at a concord mail box and they were lost. the places never received their payments. again I was told nothing they can do. what do they do? I put stamps on my letters I was under the impression the stamps are to get my letter from point A to point B. they should be responsible for the money I lost and the stamp not to mention the horrible stress they caused me and late fees also. no wonder why they can not help you is because they are not accountable for anything evidently. where is their responsibility?

Dont try to call the office on Chenell drive because obviously they dont know how to answer the phones. Also they keep not delivering my packages because they "dont know if I live here".... What....? My names on the mailbox and theyve delivered mail to me MANY times so that makes no sense. Also, they like to bring my package back to the post office for pickup instead of delivery "upon my request"... Even though I NEVER request that. I want it DELIVERED. They also lost a package of mine and had a hard time finding out where it was. Do your jobs people.

This is the 2nd time in a week, I've gotten a notice that a package was left in a parcel locker. I get NO key and have no idea where the guy left my package. I'm getting sick of it. Whoever delivers to 83 Washington St, Penacook, needs to get their act together. Please bring Charlie back. That guy was a miracle worker. Whoever this person is doing it now, needs training.
