Do NOT go through Home Depot to get windows installed. I have been dealing with a nightmare for the last 5 months. I had them come out and install late last year. The installers, we're nice, but didn't speak very good English and when I noticed that slider door they were putting on was backwards he wasn't understanding my issue. I called the sales guy and told him about this and he said no problem just call the home office and they can order you a new one. I called them that day and they said yeah no problem. The people there installing made me sign off on their work even though it was the wrong door, but everyone assured me that it would be fine. Then I had to deal with family issues in Washington (my mom dying) and when I got home they told me I was crazy and I had signed off on everything so it's out of their hands now. So now my door slides the wrong direction and they won't fix it. Please go anywhere else!! Not work the headaches!

We called ahead to rent a truck they said yup we have a truck you need proof of insurance drivers license and 150 bucks. So we drove down there asked to rent a truck. She said yup let's just get some info took our insurance and license and said swipe your card for payment. We swiped our card and she said it didn't go through, we swiped again she said the computer won't let me process this payment. We looked at our app and it said home depot took out 150.00 and 64.00. She said I don't even know what that 64.00 is and it won't let me go through on the computer. So the manager came down and said we can't continue it on the computer so we can't give you a truck, but they were holding our money. So we walked out of there with them holding 214.00 dollars of our money but with no truck. We called our bank and said to put a stop payment on the home depot charges and she said she can't I have to cancel my card or let the payment go through and dispute it. I can't just cancel my card I have all my bills coming out of that card. So they totally messed up and that's not cool. The manager didn't care at all. I will never be coming here again.

Visited the Concord NH store on 12/18. Needed to return a box full of things from finishing up a renovation and purchase a vanity, tub and toilet. Got the "Pleasure" of dealing with Nikky at the return desk in customer service. This lady was the most condescending and emotionally unavailable customer service representative I've ever dealt with. I couldn't find my receipt, not a huge deal i thought to myself. I email every receipt, they can look it up from my 400+ emailed receipts. According to Nikky "that's not how any of this works." OK no big deal, I have the card I purchase my whole life on, nope, different expiration date because the card is new. No worries Nikky, let's do store credit, I'm going to spend more today then the value of the returns. Nikky unwillingly scans my 20 items in, and throws an attitude again when I mistakenly have an item not in the system. Don't worry about it nikky it's probably a different vendor, oh but nikky was worried. After a painstaking 8 minutes everything is scanned in. 490.00ish total. Nikky goes to put it on a card and the system won't allow it because if the value. I find this strange because you can literally return a used $100k elephant to Lowes and they won't bat an eye. Anyway, I digress. I have Nikky call the customer service manager even though he was "too busy for this". This guy comes over, very nice, but definitely overwhelmingly busy, and tries to help out. He said it's out of his hands and can't override but if I call customer service maybe they can help. I proceed to sit on the phone with customer service for 20 minutes, they say it's possible to look up the upc via email. Great let's do that. They call the store and proceed to get hung up on. I asked for the store managers number to chat on monday and was told " they dont deal with stuff like this" After this interaction in there for about an hour. I left with my returns and decided to spend my money at concord Lowes. So, in summary, Nikky if you get to read this, I hope you were having an off day. Maybe you didn't get breakfast, or your jeans were still wet in the dryer, or your sock was falling off in your boot (hate that). But I hope you have a better day, and a wonderful Christmas. If the store manager wants to reach out that would be sweet. The desk has my number. I don't want Nikky to get in trouble here. Maybe some morw training? Company supplied breakfast? If you want to brainstorm hit me up.

Ended up ordering a stove and it came all dented and won't take money off so now we have to wait for a brand new one and we haven't had a stove already for a week.

Home Depot said my delivery would arrive on a Friday. We had to rent specialized equipment delivered on Friday for the weekend. On Friday I received an email saying the delivery failed because we werent there to receive. Never received a call as they said they would either. Not true. Called the 800 number in email. Got Home Deport corporate. They said they couldnt and wouldnt help. Called the store and they said they were short staffed and hoped to deliver it sometime Saturday morning. I asked why they didnt call me or let me know earlier - NO ANSWER. I have a special piece of equipment that cost over $600 to rent per day sitting idle and a crew on stand by trying to keep the construction on schedule.

It would be nice if they would staff the store properly, so that you could actually get help from someone. With the skeleton crew they have, you're better off buying online from another company.

I live about 23 miles from the Concord H.D. , we have BEEN researching kitchen Cabinets there for about a month, finally decided 12/11 went into store to pick up or order, they had no wall cabinets that fit our needs in Dove Gray. Tried to talk to cabinet sales person at 1:20pm. Was advised she was out to lunch and also delivering parts to one of her valued customer. We waited at her desk till 3:30pm no show could not wait any longer and left. We returned today pm. Met with a very nice and knowledgeable lady put in our order for such cabinets, could not order one 30"x36 wall cabinet, out of stock, substituted 2- 15 " cabinets at a higher price almost double. Accepted substitute at this time. On to our checking out we tried to use our 15% discount card which we received as VALUED CUSTOMER AROUND Christmas, would not work after several tries. We were then referred to front head cashier who was unable to make it work. we were then interrupted by another cashier which cashier stating oh those don't work. Our cabinet lady specialist contacted her manager or store manager received an offer for 100.00 off purchase which was a joke as I recently receive a Veterans 10% discount. Store mgr was an a.....hole as we walked away with a $2000. Sale for HD and went to Lowes where we are treated with respect. Concord HD management SUCKS.

I came in to the Concord Home Depot today looking for a mini fridge, I was helped by a woman and a man in the appliance section. They were very helpful, and went above and beyond and carried the fridge all the way to the front, then delivered it to my car. They were very pleasant and made my experience super easy, and convenient! Wish I would have tipped him! Merry Christmas!

To bad we cannot give zero stars. We will never use the Concord Home Depot again. We ordered flooring in September and knew we would have to wait for it. (Set up Installation fro December 2nd and 3rd.) Long story short, in Early November we were told the flooring was in and awaiting the installation date. (Has to be delivered 72 hours before install to acclimate). On the day the delivery was to occur we get a call from someone at the Concord Home Depot that started like this "I don't know how to tell you this...." NEVER a good sign. Turns out they shouldn't have sold us that flooring because they cannot get it in stock and for 2 months no one thought to tell us this. AND they even LIED and told us it was in already and awaiting the installation date. THEN when they gave us a different "upgraded" flooring, there was no moulding or any of the other things that go with it. "Oh, thats fine, the installers will just come back in a week or two when it is in to install that stuff". Well, that would void every warranty because the floors would be unsecured for two weeks! So they finally managed to get the moulding from other stores in NH and delivered it on the second day of the install. Though they NEVER emailed to let us know they found it or to even let us look at it (since it was a different style from the floor we got). The Installation company, American Carpet South (ACS) was Fantastic! We can't say enough good things about them and their efficiency and professionalism. We have more work to do and will be trying to go through them directly. But Home Depot, at least the Concord store.... We will try not to ever set foot in again. We'll go to Lowes or through a local lumber company/hardware store for our needs.

Home Depot does not mark which appliances are out of stock and can't be ordered and EVERYTHING is out of stock. Their website don't easily mark which items are out of stock and can't be ordered either. We wasted an hour and a half there picking out appliances and then watching the sales clerk have to pull up each item individually only to tell us nothing could be ordered. I'm really disgusted with the experience and would strongly encourage you to go elsewhere if you are looking for appliances.
