“2 other shops and the jeep dealership had no time or understanding of my electrical issues , accomplished auto had it figured out in under an hour due to an opening in their schedule. They diagnosed and fixed two electrical issues and then suggested a couple of other things I’ve been putting off but as their expertise and willingness to resolve so I went ahead and let them do my transmission service as well.
I honestly hate to give a good review right now because I want to keep them for myself. lol.
Seriously though , top notch is below them they are truly amazing and I highly recommend this shop.

The only negative is that they are experiencing the labor shortage that plague most all industries since Covid became a thing.”

“If you’re looking for anything from new tires to an oil change the guys at Goodyear in Concord are AWESOME! I was in the shop back in September to get new tires. I felt like I was treated with respect, they were very accommodating, checked in on me while I was waiting and gave me updates on how things were going. “I like Sam's club...BUT... The box of 36 taco shells I bought the other day had been opened. There were big grease spots on the inside lid. And only 30 shells inside! If you are taking returns of opened food then I am going to have to stop being a member !”

“Jonathan at the Concord NH Townfair was awesome! The place was insanely busy, phones off the hook, and between Jonathan and his coworker they were really doing great. Jonathan went over Everything that I had asked because I am self-employed and drive my vehicle for work, which is a LOT of mileage. I was clueless as to how often I needed to rotate, align and all of the other things they don’t teach you in school about car maintenance. He went over all of it for me and even gave me a price quote for snow tires just in case I wanted to come in and buy some and switch my all seasons I just bought since I am driving in every condition we have here in NH. It was really relieving because I’ll be honest, going to car places whether it be for my inspection, my tires or even an oil change I get anxious because I don’t know everything there is to know. But they always reassure me and teach me things so I know for next time. 10/10.
(Although to the town fair ***home/corporate office***…. PLEASE get those guys an automated call back system where people calling in can ask to be put into a callback list….These guys can’t be taking in line/in person customers if the phone is OFF the hook. They were trying their best and the phones just kept ringing and ringing and they would have to stop their conversation to pick the phone up and tell the person we can give you a call back, what’s your number. Give the guys some help if there can’t be more employees specifically for the phone. They were really doing their best.)”
