Worst customer service I've ever seen. Been going same place 20 yrs, young guy yelled at me for where I parked to fill propane. No signs where to park for that..also there was 2 cars in whole parking lot of that dump. Guy needs some personality. Where's that lady that has always done it and been happy to do so...bro you need to get a life.

My wife had a great experience at your store from all the staff she interacted with. She said, "It felt like home" when she was there. I went to pick up the woodstove the following day and found them to be engaging and helpful to work with. They made sure I understood exactly what I needed to do to get the stove up and running. They packed the door and firebricks carefully to protect them from damage during transport to my house. They showed a lot of care and respect to us and to the product. Ten out of ten, I would go back.

We had a wonderful experience with this business. Went in on a Saturday to get prices for a new propane fireplace as we were told by our propane supply company that our fireplace was old and obsolete, and could not be fixed. They could not get the parts needed any longer for our brand we have. We were charged extensively for two service calls. We met Tom and his wife, the owners of The Stove Barn, and Tom offered to at least come to our home first to see if we needed a new fireplace or just a repair. We were very surprised when he said he could fix it. He went above and beyond to help us. We are so happy to be able to use our fireplace again. We were charged a very reasonable amount for his quality of service. The Stove Barn represents quality, knowledge of products, hard work and people who will genuinely help you and not take advantage of you. Thank you Stove Barn for treating us with respect and dignity and getting our fireplace working again! I even brought them a French apple cake to say thank you! It’s hard to find a business nowadays that will help you like this.

Store is nice, but don't even bother trying to get someone to answer the phone, call you back or show up for a service call. We went in about a year ago to get a fireplace insert. Spent a pretty penny on the one we wanted, had to wait a few months due to the shipping container shortage. Finally came in, nobody bothered to call us, had to call several times to see if it was in. Told we could come pick it up and they would help put it in the back of our car. Got there to pick it up. Was told the front cover was delayed. Then was told it was over 350 lbs and they would have to deliver it to us for an additional fee. They finally delivered it and we were able to set it up. Then we tried to install the blower attachment but the plugs wouldn't fit ( wrong size). Told they would contact the company and get back to us. Weeks went by and finally after several messages and stopping in to see what the status was, they said it was on back order and they would let us know when it came in. Never heard back after several months. Went in to find out what the status was. Manager said that the company says its the right part and that it should fit. Returned the original piece to me that doesn't work. I said they needed to come out and verify that it was the part and not me trying to install it myself. Set up an appointment that they didn't show up to. Called them and they said that they were on another call and would be there later in the day, was not available and tried to reschedule. Rescheduled date something came up on my end, called them the day before to set a new appointment and no phone call back. I am unfortunately at my wits end with this store and don't think others should have to bother getting that type of service either.

Closed for vacation. Checked website before I drove 30 minutes to come here during posted open hours.Clearly they don't give a care about wasting people's time and gas or else they would have spent two minutes to post a note on the website!
