Brought in my wedding band to be resized smaller. Gregg was knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. The work was completed quickly (within a week) and the ring fit perfectly. He polished it and engraved my wife's wedding message back on it and surprised me by using the script text I wanted instead of a block text that we had agreed on. Thank you Gregg!

Another review here to confirm Gregg is indeed excellent to work with and helped my fiance get exactly what she had envisioned. Could not be happier with how the engagement ring turned out, and within our budget! It's a real head turner, as was the stellar customer service provided to us over many hours in person, text, calls, etc in order to hone our vision. He was accommodating of our crunched timeframe (a few weeks) and was able to have it ready for us exactly when we needed it. We expect to be returning soon and for years to come!

Gregg is a great guy. I have gone to him since he was at steeplegate mall. He’s changed batteries for my watches from my Movado and citizen even Rolex. Has been great taking links out at a reasonable cost to make sure everything fits nicely. Have reccomended him to many others. Hard to find a good jeweler you can trust

Amazing work! Really takes the time to go over exactly what you want while keeping the original piece at heart. Made my grandmothers beautiful rings into the most amazing slides. Everyone should use the jewelers workbench!

Gregg does such amazing work and is so accommodating. He was able to get my rings looking like new again after 15 years of neglect. I was very nervous to hand my diamonds over to anyone but am so glad I found Gregg and finally did. He also was able to get it all done in record time so I would have them for vacation. I can't thank him enough! If you're scrolling the internet looking for a jeweler, stop here, I'm glad I did!
