I had a large amount of shredding to do. Almost 20 pounds. Unfortunately the place I normally use I couldn’t go to as their bins were full. So decided to try staples. I won’t return. It was more expensive and I don’t get AAA discount. Also the bin had an extremely narrow slot taking me forever to put stuff in bin. It got full and I told the lady in shipping and said here’s a suggestion to mention at staff meetings suggest bins with wider slots. She said I don’t do staff meetings. A gentleman brought new bin with a lovely wide slot. And things went much quicker. I went to thank the woman at shipping in case she mentioned the slot, alas she must have gone on break.

The people there did not want to do their job and help the customers. I was literally told that if I wanted help with something I would have to wait an hour. If you don’t like your job quit, but don’t make your customers feel bad for asking for help. I will never come back to this Staples ever again. I would rather drive to the one in Stratham to get the help I need from now on. This Staples is a joke. How dare you make your customers feel uncomfortable in a place they like to shop . Obviously, you do not need my money or anybody else’s. This staples should go out of business since they don’t want to do their job with customer service. I would not send my enemy to this staples to be ridiculed for asking for help. The managers there need to pay attention to the people they have working for them.

Needed to get supplies first thing on a Saturday morning. Arrived at 9:00 am and waited in line outside, with some people leaving fter a few minutes because the doors were not open. Finally we were let in at 915. Not good for customers in a hurry. :-(

Good morning, I recently had IT issues and met with Dan twice and he was super helpful and kind!!! I also ordered photo's and Andy assisted me and he was super! They have a really great staff here. From making Amazon shipping returns painless to free electronics disposal I can always get the service I need. A special shout-out to employee "Dan" who expedited my electronics disposal need today. Super helpful !
