My wife and I've been coming here for several years now. They have never tried to high pressure us or tell us something was wrong when it wasn't. In my past experience, several other repairs shops certainly have tried. They have earned our trust as a truly honest auto shop. The only negative is that they are experiencing the labor shortage that plague most all industries since Covid became a thing.

Called 2 weeks in advance to book an appointment and called the day of to confirm it and they told me that they wouldn’t be able to get me in and “assumed I would’ve came in earlier” to have them look at my vehicle. I don’t know if these people are new to how business works but you usually have a set time that your appointment is for and not to just come in whenever I felt like it. Had some customers at my job reference this place to me. It unfortunately will not be using their service. Learn to communicate better with your customers.

If you own a German car you know it can be frustrating to find reliable and transparent service as well as not feeling like you've been overcharged.I had a friend who had been going to German Autowerks for a long time and he was particular, very particular about his car. I went with him one day and was really impressed with the friendliness, respect and truthfulness. In a warehouse section of Concord there was a garage with several service bays in a complex that had several body shops and car services. There was a long line of BMWs, Audis, Porsches and VWs.I have two BMWs and started bringing my cars to Autowerks for service over 10 years ago. I live in another city 500 miles away but for periodic maintenance I bring my cars here and it is usually half of what the big city or private shops would charge. Never, never has there been something that was misdiagnosed or overcharged. I've bought tires here at very competitive prices; Michelin, Continental and Pirelli. They know the cars because they drive the cars and they have the same sense most of us do is that the average BMW will be joy to drive, safe and high performance if it's maintained well. If it isn't properly maintained who can you blame?

Wonderful service! I've taken my car to the dealer where I purchased it from since day one, said dealer was unable to properly troubleshoot my automobile and repair it. South Main St Service Center took my car on short notice, listened to my issue and together we determined the best course of action and they were able to fix my car! Very reasonable prices and good people. Will definitely look to them for my future automobile service & maintenance needs.

Had issues with my vehicle unexpectedly on a Sunday and had it towed there hoping to they would look at it because we needed the car to get back and forth from work. They said they would try to fit it in. 10 days later they still had not even looked at it and had to tow it to another facility to get fixed. Maybe they are great if you can plan break downs and make an appt. DO NOT take your vehicle there if you need it and don't have an appt. You will be disappointed.Side note I had brought other vehicles there a few times and service was good. It was not the first time I had a vehicle serviced there. So no matter what kind of customer you are if you can make an appt go with them. If you break down or have an emergency and take it there plan on being out of work for weeks. I personally find it hard to take vehicles to multiple service centers depending if it's emergency or scheduled. Easier to find one dependable service provider who can handle everything.Service: General repairs & maintenance
