I am happy to recommend Simply Birkenstock in Concord NH for two specific reasons:1. A couple years ago I went to the store to get a new pair of sandals and the clerk reminded me of a store credit that I had that I had forgotten about. That kind of retail honesty is admirable.2. Last week I went to the store to return a pair of sandals that I bought a few months ago that just didn’t fit well. I sincerely appreciate the time that Adam spent with me sharing his product knowledge while helping me find the perfect pair of sandals.

I ordered a pair of Bali sandals from Simply Birkenstock and when I received them they were the standard wider width shoe. I thought I had the correct width but was mistaken. I called Simply Birkenstock and spoke to Charlie. I told him what happened and he found me exactly what I was looking for and sent me a return label for the wrong ones. It was truly that simple. Charlie was very professional, courteous & friendly. It was really nice doing business with a company that cared about customer service. I would buy from & recommend Simply Birkenstock to everyone.

Adam and Lee were extremely helpful in assisting me to find the perfect Christmas present for my husband that he actually wears! I returned for a second visit and was also very impressed with the shoe selection, comfort of the shoes (even when I have a bunion), and how quick and easy it was to find Birkenstocks I love. So glad I walked into this local store! Both service and quality are top notch.
