I’m not usually someone who writes reviews but this was the quickest but best sally’s visit i’ve had. I’ve never went to the concord one and i’m not sure her name but she was so helpful and so sweet.

ive not had a second to take the time to write this review but here goes. I went into the Concord NH store and said help. The two staff that were working were beyond helpful. My friend who was a retired hair stylist thought that you had to be a licensced hair dresser to be able to go into Sallys but you actually don't have to be. Yay for me. So i explained what i had done to my hair and what i wanted and they helped me with everything and explained everything. Well i have been using store bought products mostly from Walmart only to spend even more money fixing my mistakes. Everything i needed to color my hair came to approximately 16 and change. I love my hair color and have gotten many compliments and have half a bottle of developer left so that next time i go when i want to cover the roots i won't even have to spend the 16. My hair actually feels and looks so much healthier. I will continue to color my hair using Sally's products and i am grateful to the staff that was working the day i went in.

I went to this store location in Concord NH literally 2 days in a row and the doors were locked and no one answers the phone.. I'm not far from impressed with my experience at the store on loudon road in Concord New Hampshire ??

I used to go here all the time now every time I drive there I waste gas money because the door is locked, no one answers the phone, the hours aren’t right on google and state they are “open” when in fact they are closed. The closest one is Manchester.

Im not sure what is going on but they are never open?!? I have tried 4 times in the past two weeks and their doors are locked.

Brooklyn the manager is wonderful !! Takes time to listen is extremely attentive the store is completely changed now that she is manager she is the best

I was sad. I walked in with my mom and the worker with dark hair said hi. The blonde just stared. This was around 345pm TODAY. We said hi back. We continued to walk made it into an ile when the lady with dark hair shouted "um we closing ." Oh ok maybe the right customer service thing would have been to tell us as soon as we walked in "hi I apologize but we are closing early today due to..." the sign on the door says closes at 7pm. How you let us walk halfway into the store after you said hi to THEN say um we closing. No thanks for coming anyway. No smiles just shoved out the door not physically but mentally. I hate that . So mean I felt it was. I hope those girls get spoken to or at least an apology from somebody. That hurt. Me living in concord now I have to go to a different sallys in a different town. Thats so mean. Reading the other reviews it seems they done that before. Maybe you should get new workers. Those girls seem to make their own hours not nice. If I could give zero stars I would.

i wish i caught the name of the young employee who helped me out when i came in last thursday. she had blonde hair and had on a pink sweater. she helped me out so much with picking out the best color remover for my faded neon green hair and then the best lightener and gray dye too. she was super helpful with helping me understand the best way to go about using that brand of lightener (i hadn’t used it before) and even suggested a bleach bath if i had remaining bleach. when picking out the shade of gray/silver there were a bunch of options. she helped me figure out which one would look the best on my skin tone and which one would have the best color pay off taking into consideration my faded neon green hair i was starting with. she also kept in mind the price range of how much i wanted to pay all together for the supplies and she made sure i was confident and sure of what i should do when using the dye, lightener, and remover. super sweet and friendly. i wish i lived in concord and not vermont because i’d definitely be stopping by that Sally’s whenever i needed any hair supplies!

Brooklyn assists me with my purchases nearly every time I shop at Sally’s. She goes above and beyond to answer questions and is very knowledgeable about the products. She is a total asset to the store and company overall, and so kind and helpful!
