I recently bought a bike during the bike swap and something wasn’t quite right. They were able and willing to help me figure out the problem and fix it. Everyone was kind and willing to listen and help. They had a wonderful selection of bikes and other items, but their customer service is really what made me want to go back. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a bike and I am very thankful for the employees’ willingness to help and listen.

I had a late bike order and had no expectations about receiving it before Christmas but S&W made it happen!Sam helped me with my pick up who was great.I had a small issue at pick up where the bike's firmware was upgraded to class 3 when I had wanted to stay on the class 1 firmware. I didn't make a stink about it and even mentioned being ok picking it up after Christmas but they immediately corrected the issue even though they were working on other last minute items.Incredible people here

bought a new bike here a couple weeks ago. had a minor issue with the chain (not their fault) and they fixed it really quickly. seems like they know what theyre doin. and its nh so no sales tax! if youre in new england and need a new bike, this is the place

All the good reviews didn't disappoint. Brought in my bike for a concern with the tires. Guy was very knowledgeable and didn't take advantage that I didn't know what was going on, gave me some helpful tips and cost me nothing to confirm I had nothing to worry about. Quoted me anyway and price was very reasonable if I did decide to do it. Would come back for all my bike needs.

I brought in a giant reign that needed tires and a front fork rebuild. Instead of offering solutions or even giving a quote to rebuild/replace the front forks, I was told that the bike wasn't worth it and they could help me get into a new one. A little searching online and I was able to find the parts I needed to rebuild the forks. Also the bike shifted through all the gears fine, but when they gave it back the chain was hanging off.

I had a bike fitting with the owner. I was very happy with the experience. The owner took the time to understand my history and configured my bike to fit my needs. He explained the process well, listened well to my feedback and provided good suggestions.

Needed a cuff adjustment on some boots that I didn’t get through them. I don’t recall the guys name but they were great and took the time to set everything up just right.

Really great experience with getting ski boots here. They measured my feet and really thought about all the dimensions. This resulted in good fitting off the rack boot. The custom footbeds they sell and mold in house made that good boot into something that was an exact mold of my foot in the sole. Went to a great boot that felt like a well broken in pair of sneakers! Strongly recommend S&W for winter sports.
